The manager is very young but
Helpful. Also he always has a great attitude no matter how people treat him.
He shows respect to everyone even when he is having a bad day.
And let's you use the restroom if needed.
We need more young people like him

Not the pharmacy, but the store in general. The older woman with glasses that works in the Morning that is miserable needs fired or repranded for the way she talks to customers with her miserable attitude. If she hates her job , then she needs to find one that makes her happy!

I switched from Rite Aid for this pharmacy. Things were great the first 5 years. In the past year, it has been a mess. Firstly, they lost one of my husband's prescriptions. Wouldn't have been so bad if it was a normal medication, but it was a narcotic. Luckily they found it in their filing cabinet, even the pharmacist was upset it was in the place it was. Next, they keep trying to use my insurance card that expired in January. I went in and took the new cards several times, and each month with my refill I have to call them and ask why it says insurance issue. Today was the icing on the cake. We had a medication due yesterday, and being a narcotic they could not fill it early. Well they closed yesterday (on a Saturday), and we couldn't get it filled. I called this am and asked them to get it ready, as we took our last dose this morning and we would be leaving to go out of town for the evening. They couldn't guarantee the medication would be filled within the 3 hours I asked for, due to "we were closed yesterday and we are backed up". I want to know what is going on in this pharmacy lately? I am switching my business back to Rite Aid.

This particular store harasses and discriminates certain type of customers. A few particular staff members always follows groups of black students after school or if you're a known couponer/ bargain shopper they give you a hard time . Im a frequent shopper in this store and known to coupon/ clearance shop. Today I was followed by a manager thru 3 isles to finally being approached about the laundry soap that I had in my cart. It was on sale but 1 get 2 free. I was buying six and getting 12 free. There is NO limits listed in the ad or in store. He told me there's no need for me to get that many and that he's only going to allow me to buy 2 . He told me.its in the ad limits ... When I asked him to show me because it's clearly not listed on the app ad he told me it just doesn't make sense for me to get that many and he needs some for his other customers . He constantly has issues Everytime I come into the store when I purchase clearance items that aren't ringing up right to where he has to ring the items himself. I feel harassed, discriminated and embarrassed by the way he handled the situation today. I will not shop that store I've.been a loyal customer for over 5 years. I'll travel extra.miles because they clearly pick and choose who they want to harass .

Deb is hilarious and all the pharmacy people are fantastic. If you get a new medication, they actually call you to see how your doing. They ask if you have any questions or side effects. A great team of employees there.

If you get any type of narcotic at this pharmacy even something as simple as a muscle relaxer you will be treated like s*** I asked him what brands of Xanax they had because some brands make me sick like sandoz I am allergic to sandoz brand so he tells me well that's the only brand we have is the one you're allergic to and I know he's full of s**** These pharmacist they think they are also your doctor and God!

From having stamps available, to the fed ex on site to delivering products through the pharmacy window. The staff has been courteous and helpful and just awesome. We appreciate your dedication and hard work
