“You can park on a street before the facility id you arrive the night before. While going to facility you can notice a few trucks that “are in front of you “ However they are unloading due to appt, so just go ahead and check in.”
“The staff is wonderful and the place is well kept. The only issue I have is the the price increase. Especially when I'm on a fixed income it's like do I pass my bills or do I eat or buy my medicine. Other than that they are very nice .”
“What an amazing storage facility in a great location. They have units of all sizes, all drive up units. Great customer service on the phones and work with the customer to make sure all needs are taken care of promptly.

“My initial reservation was confusing, & a mess! Unit ended up being reserved @ wrong location plus a lot of phone tag to complete the rental agreement to which I was told when having issues e-signing, that I needed a laptop or computer (I have neither- use my phone for everything) which was a huge hassle! Upon resolving the issue, I contacted customer Svc & a gentleman named Jon contacted me via txt! He was kind & compassionate to my frustration, confusion & distress! He had helped find a unit in the correct area, refunded pmt frm other unit location, set up new agreement to which I was actually ABLE to sign via mobile w/ no issues & sent me confirmation of every doc for proof. He went above and beyond to resolve our dilemma & helped me regain my sanity through this stressful moving process!! I couldn't thank him enough!! Great job!!”

“Simple and easy to rent units from the convenience of your phone or computer. Only issues I had were I couldn't get the gate to open at first but their 24 hour customer service made short work of that. That and the row where my unit is located, (unit 617) none of the lighting worked whi h made it a little difficult to move stuff in while holding a flashlight.”
