I've been trying to transition to my natural gray hair since Dec 2020. I had consulted with hair salons from Meadville to Hermitage and most of the advice was let it grow out. One hairdresser in Sharon, that is now closed, helped me June of 2021 by putting in low lights to break the demarcation line. This was beautiful and I received a lot of compliments, but as level 3 dark brown fades it is not as pleasing against the gray hair.By April 2023 my gray hair was grown out to the bottom of my ears so with a lot of online research I decided to do an at home bleach and toner. Not recommended and I was taking a huge chance. Even after applying Wella toner I still had a lot of brassiness. I was ready to cut it off.Then someone had me call Rosie who scheduled me with Chelsea. After Chelsea did a Matrix toner last week and this week I applied an at home Matrix mask bought at the salon, here's the results. One photo before and 3 others after the process. I am very pleased with Chelsea's work. Thank you Chelsea!

I came across this company a few years back and used it for a while then left for a while (got out of the hair business) and recently went back. I immediately called Pat and asked him to sign me back up! This service is great, I chose every 6 months I get new shears, and just put the used pair in the return envelope. Prices are excellent, Pat has always had the best customer service! I would recommend this company to anyone, Pat will get taken care of! ?

I'd just like to spread the word about my experience. They are a subscription service and my offset (premium) shears are $14/month. Every 4 months they send a freshly sharpened pair and a prepaid envelope and I send the old ones back, sharpening and shipping included in the $14/month. Best decision I've ever made. They are high quality Japanese steel, I find comparable to my old hikaris tho they are a bit heavier. The company is a small start up out of Nebraska and the owner is who I've talked to, and emailed. Top notch products and customer service. I cannot recommend them enough. ?
