Helpful employees helped me find hidden items. Items were listed in one place online but were shelved somewhere else. I looked forever for G27 or whatever it said online, and it wasn't even in the same isle. On the other side of the store in the first aid section, it was literally hidden behind an end display. I asked an employee, and she found it in less than 60 seconds with the item #. Thank You!

Surprisingly, they had everything we needed. There was a lot of variety and many options for whatever you may want. The only issue is there isn't always someone at the register, so sometimes you have to wait to check out.

Kiana and Angela made my shopping experience enjoyable. They were very helpful in finding the sale items I had came for, as well as helping me find a few items I hadn't even planned for originally. Kiana handled my checkout and was very nice. Angela reminded me to download the Rite aid app (which I did right away)to show me my rewards. Overall I felt the service and values made me extremely satisfied with my experience at Rite Aid.

Very very lazy tried to do pick up meds curb side to say they had no one back there and the only had one man operating the pharmacy in the back but the reality was their was another person back there so yeah and I was ill and needed my meds ?
