Best experience I've ever had. Isaiah Ramos was a great sale consultant. The sales manager top notch. I would recommend Diehl in Sharon. Just dealing with the whole stuff was fantastic and very friendly. I got my dream car. Thank you to everyone at Diehl in Sharon and helping me find my dream car.
Thanks again,

My wife took her 2022 Ford Explorer in for her free oil change (under warranty)and as usual they rotated the tires Even though they didn't need rotated because we just had bought new rear tires. Regardless the next day or so she felt a vibration so we took it in and they said the CV shaft was bad. They fixed it the following day and when we took it home we still noticed a vibration and it was even worse in reverse. So we take it back and get a call saying they couldn't hear nothing could someone come in and ride with technician , so I went down and took a ride with the technician. After him having me drive it a couple miles you Couldn't really hear it and after REPEATEDLY telling him listen if I'm in a parking spot and I backed up and turned a wheel you definitely feel it. So we tried that and yes he said theres definitely an issue So they kept the car and tried to say it was a defective part. So they order a new CV shaft and replace it. The next day we leave for North Carolina for vacation and we hear a noise again half way into our trip. We Tried to get it into a dealership down there but no appointments available so we do end up getting it back home And they only had an appointment for the following week at Diehl. We did find another dealership (McAndless of Mercer)that could get it in right then and they found a rear wheelbearing needed replaced, But we were still hearing the noise up front so we keep our appointment the following week at Diehl and take it in. They say they THINK it's because of a tire was cupping. (I CALL BS) . So they again rotate the tires and we pick it up. The noise is still there!! We take it to Mcandless in Mercer And upon examining the car they find out right away that when the CV shaft Originally went bad they never cleaned the grease and oil ect. From Underneath the car and the wheel. (I was there and literally watched them power washing over an hour underneath the car and the wheel to get all the grease and grime off.) GUESS WHAT!! Problem solved!! If the technician would have cleaned the car like he should have when he did the CV Shaft originally we would have never had an issue. It's was almost like having too much wheel weight on ur tire so it was throwing it off and causing vibration. McCandless called Diehl and asked if they would cover it under their work SINCE IT WAS ALL UNDER WARRANTY so they wouldn't need to file a new claim but Diehl refused!
This isn't the 1st time we've been unhappy with Diehl but we are firm believers that mistakes happen and trying to give 2nd chances. But after having a car with under 40k Miles back and forth to a shop 5 times in 2 weeks is RIDICULOUS and then for another dealership to fix the problem by CLEANING up the mess that Diehls technician was too lazy to and Diehl to refuse to acknowledge or add it to their work order to me is very unprofessional. When you diagnose a problem with a vehicle you figure out the problem. You just don't take random guesses like they THINK the tire is cupping or they THINK it could be out of alignment. I could guess the issue too. We wanted it fixed and know what was causing the issue IF that was the issue.
WE WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND DIEHL.
MCANDLESS FORD OF MERCER WERE FRIENDLIER AND FIXED THE ISSUE. Not to mention they explained everything step by step, provided pictures and videos.
NO PRIDE IN THIER WORK , NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and as far as I'm concerned their technician or at least the one who worked on our car is LAZY and can't properly DIAGNOSE and FIX the problem.

Meh! felt rushed and was otherwise mediocre. especially the review of the vehicle after we purchased it. we have had many how to questions in the days since the purchase. Also, trade-in offer was obscene. Subsequently sold the used car for 6k vs the offer of $250! Did like the ability to test drive the car without the salesperson riding along.

We had a very positive experience purchasing our Bronco. Our salesman, Dallas, was amazing! Everyone that we had contact with, including the finance guy, was super.

The finance guy went with a bank, not my credit union. Had to refinance for a 1.5 % less interest. Still waiting for my gap refund. Which was a ridiculous price, compared to my insurance company rates. They have to replace my front decal and driver side window seal on Monday. And now I learned my new car is under a recall and will have to go in again. Manager is supposed to refund my $100 fee for title transfer when it comes in, he did set my car up for repairs on mon. As for gap refund... he was suppose to call me back yesterday morning... still waiting...he will get a call again today.
