Lumpp RAC went above and beyond to help me with a rental car when I was in serious need. They are very compassionate and understanding and I greatly appreciate their kindness. I would highly recommend all their services, you won’t be disappointed.

I am so thankful for this business. I broke down late Tuesday night and within an hour of calling Lumpp on Wednesday I was back in a car driving to work. My car took longer than expected and they ended up letting me have the rental for 22 days total with out any problems. I have used this business several times before, and will continue to only use them in the future. They are so friendly and helpful! I promise you will not be disappointed if you rent a car off of them!!

I was in an accident and the person who was at fault, their insurance company couldn't get me in a car for a few days. I called my agent and within 10 minutes the wonderful ladies at lumpps had reached out to me, and had a car for me to use WITHIN THE HOUR. The ladies in the office are absolutely WONDERFUL! Super nice, very helpful, pleasant, and just made everything as easy for me as they possibly could! Highly recommend

On a Saturday morning my van wouldn’t start. Due to having a special needs child, & my very hectic schedule, I can NOT be without a vehicle. To make matters worse it was my daughters birthday and we had plans. I called several other locations. Most were out of vehicles and others were closed. I called Lumpp and in less than a hour I was on the road again. My son is a SEVERE asthmatic and I was highly concerned about smoke smells being in the car. It was never an issue. We had the car for a week until my van was done being repaired and he never got sick. I was extremely grateful for Paul being open and having a safe, clean vehicle for my family to rent while ours was being repaired. THANK YOU Lumpp RAC!!

Found myself in an emergency situation. ....Reached out to several different rental companies that were in this immediate area and I was totally unfamiliar with the area ....When I Reached out to some of the well-known companies that are famous familiar names they were unwilling to help..... but when I reached out to lumpp rental. Paul was unbelievably wonderful even arranged to pick up My son's car That was stranded And brought my son and my granddaughter to A fabulous car to make a long-distance trip home I was very grateful for the service And the rental was wonderful got my son home safe And I highly recommend Paul and the lump Rent-a-Car company
