I think they did a great job with communication on what was wrong and what can be done to fix it. They send me a video of the situation and said what they could do to fix it and even showed me the old part they took out.

Joe went above and beyond to make sure my experience with his shop was top notch. The work was honest and fair, Joe kept me informed from estimate to completion and he even made sure I didn't lose out on income while my car was being looked at and repaired, and took me to work! Super friendly. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a repair shop. Really makes you feel welcome & appreciates your business. I really like the part where they send you a report thru text that you get to view everything that is wrong or what they recommend.I wish I could give them more business. Really enjoyed the service I received here. Staff was super friendly and they even sent me a video showing me what was wrong with my jeep and checked in with me a few days later to make sure everything was still good. Will definitely continue going here ?
