They never open or close the time they say they will, they were suppose to call me days ago about a piece I brought in and left with them. Never received the call then when they are scheduled to open at 10 they are not open.

I bought a wedding band there. Granted wasn't very expensive but had it resized to smaller the band ended up being completely ruined and 2 of the side stones missing. completely unprofessional work. We have shopped and referred for years but after this no more. Ring is ruined.
