Constantly closes for no reason, or early for no reason. Met by Janice at the door at 924 pm, with the store door, and maps saying they close at ten....with a full blown attitude, saying I had 5 minutes to shop. 3 minutes later, Janice finds me at the back of store and tells me to check out now. Janice, if you are a surgeon, are you gonna just leave 30 minutes early just cuz ya feel like it?! Bad move Janice. Handling this with corporate, the video I have is awesome. Janice is a Karen

I just prefer Dollar General over Family Dollar. Family Dollar is usually more expensive for the same items.

There's a woman there by the name of Janice who has a nasty attitude everytime I come in there, today instead of bagging my items she threw them in the bag and when I went to get my items they fell on the ground, that woman needs to be fired.

They are always short staffed. Most of staff while working are talking to friends in checkout line and do not stop to help other customers in line. Also, they are always out of everything.

I bought a Hungry Man Dinner Boneless Fried Chicken this evening. It was spoiled. It tasted very bad. I tried to call there but I never get an answer when I call. If I end up getting food poisoning I will definitely be in touch.

I do not walk well.... One of your girls walked around with me to help me and loaded the cases of water in my truck after I paid.... I really like this store and will not go to another one because of the service I got there. When I go back, we will see what happens.. I fill stupid for not tipping her .
