“We've lived here for 2 years now and just renewed for a 3rd year. We absolutely love the location and scenery. I love feeling like I live away from everything, but really it's only a 5 minute drive away.

The staff has always been very nice. They seem very transparent and tell you everything up front. We applied and it seems like a somewhat stringent process. But I'm ok with that to make sure we get good neighbors (which we have). ?

When we moved in, apartments were going fast. We didn't even get to see the apartment before the day we signed the lease. Marisa promised I'd be happy with it, and she was right. Large rooms, decent carpet, big windows, clean place. The common areas (stairwell, small foyer) are kept clean weekly as well as good maintenance of the parking areas and lawns around the buildings.

Our neighbors have always been really nice on the rare occasion we see them. I was worried about noise but there must be good insulation or something because we rarely even hear them.

When we have maintenance requests, they are taken care of pretty quickly and well done. The washer and dryer aren't the greatest, but maintenance has been timely when called. My biggest complaint would be that the dryer seems to be old/weak as I usually have to run it twice to get a dry load (if it's a small load) or more if it's a larger load of clothes. I would love it if they'd get a newer model that just runs until it's dry. I live on the 3rd floor and the trips up and down the steps are a hassle. On the plus side, I love the convenience of a digital pay system for the washer and dryer. So there's that.

The only other comment I have is about the temp of the water. There are cold blasts at times in the shower, but that happens when you own a house too. Not much anyone can do about that.

The employees seem to really want to help out when they can, but do what they can to be considerate of everyone living there, not just 1 person.

This is only my 2nd renting experience, but I'm really very happy here and feel like I got lucky.”

“My husband and I had been searching for a while to find a property that allows pets and had the other amenities that we had grown used to. We moved in June 2022. The move in process was really smooth. The office staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful. We take our dog to the office a lot and the ladies give him a treat and I'll grab some coffee/tea or some candy. The ladies in the office are hilarious and love all the fur babies and kiddos. The maintenance guys are hilarious too and quick to respond to any issue.Our unit is newly renovated. We live in a 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit. The bedrooms are spacious and have great closets, bathrooms have good lighting and great water pressure, Kitchen has a dishwasher, double sinks, garbage disposal (upgrade for us), stove/oven, fridge, and lots of cabinets, dining room is very large and has a pantry (we fit in a 5 tier shelving into it and it's awesome), living room has a fireplace (so excited to use it this winter). I've heard not all of the units have fireplaces though. Also make sure you get a microwave, they don't have that in our unit at least. The property has lighting all throughout it which makes me feel safe when I walk our dog. They also have benches all around which is nice when you just want to be outside.We love using the dog park for our husky. He absolutely loves running around it. Plus the property even provides p*** bags around the apartments and the park. We enjoyed our summer at the pool. It has tables with umbrellas, chairs, loungers, and even some water toys. love that there is a locker room for the pool and gym. We also use the playground a bunch with our godson and he loves it. Even his older siblings have enjoyed the playground area. We did not get a chance to use the charcoal grills or the basketball court though. But when we walk our dog we see lots of pick up games going on. There is not laundry hookups in the apartments but they do have a laundry mat on the property. Also there is not assigned parking spots so sometimes you might not get the same one but no fear there is a ton of parking spaces.We love living here and are happy we were lucky to move in. One of the best experiences we have had with renting. Great neighbors, country living, easy access to the interstate (big perk for the hubby), and great staff that makes us feel like they really care.”
