I got my kitten spayed at The Spayed Club and it was a fairly easy experience. Check in was quick, I received no updates throughout the day (which they said in advance would mean nothing went wrong), pickup was quick, and the cost was very reasonable. I didn’t realize that most vets provide medication for calming and pain relief after the procedure, which I ended up getting from my regular vet, since my kitten was immediately bouncing off the walls the next day. I also wish that they would automatically send detailed surgical notes after the procedure. I told them to treat anything they came across, and the visit summary did not mention that they came across anything or treated anything, but I found tapeworms in my cat’s poop two days after the spay. I wanted to get it treated, but my vet needed to make sure that none of the medications given to her during her procedure would negatively interact with the tapeworm treatment, so I had to call the spayed club and request the detailed records, which took some time to be sent since they are understandably very busy on Monday mornings. I’m not sure if they didn’t see the tapeworms during the procedure, didn’t record that they treated them if they did find them, or somehow infected my kitten with tapeworms? Whichever it was, they were super easy and inexpensive to treat so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I still would recommend getting your pet spayed here, if you can’t afford to get them spayed at your regular vet. The incision healed really well, the detailed post-op instructions were helpful, and the people at the front desk were very nice and knowledgeable.

I’m so thankful for the Spayed Club Clinic, not just for their low cost but mostly for their love and care for our local pets and their devoted staff. Each one cares about the animals they care for and it shows. Also, Dr Alexander is the best surgeon in the area, if not the country. Our family has had 8 pets spayed or neutered at the Spayed Club since they opened. All of our pets have recovered from their surgeries with no post-op problems due to her expertise. Thank you again to all the drs and staff for all you do and for caring for the animals/pets as much as we the owners do!!Pictured below is Kelce that was just spayed on January 5th, 2024!

Doing a review doesn't matter. They're the lowest cost clinic in the area. Delco sucks and you're gonna go regardless. I want to personally thank Zoe, the other young vet tech I talked with, the vet and the young receptionist lady who helped me with memorial arrangements.Shout out to you heroes working here.Other than that? Not getting another pet after my little hero died, even though I got PTSD... Screw this place after the treatment I got from 1 of the employees. Can't even report it either. Enjoy your low cost treatment.

I've been using this facility for 15+ years for all of my strays & keeps- they never fail to deliver the utmost empathy, professionalism & reasonable rates this side of Delaware County / Philadelphia.3 years ago, they saved my rescue Faith's life when she wasn't even registering a body temperature, almost frozen, sick, near death, pregnant, they took a leap of FAITH & I am her proud Mom now.. not to mention my 2 other 10 year old female rescues & kittens that they've spayed & cared for over the last 10 years.I cannot recommend this facility & their devoted staff enough- the new facility on McDade in Sharon Hill is gorgeous!

The nicest, most caring professionals. Happy to follow them to the new location! Well deserved! Whenever I have worries about my cat son, I always leave the clinic or the phone call feeling so much better and assured that he is ok! That is HUGE for a pet parent! THANK YOU!

(Edit) Google map directions are bad. It has you turn on Wayne Ave and then turn into a tiny Alley and says you've arrived. Lol yea in the back of the place. The entrance is on Macdade Blvd, Wayne Ave is on the corner. It's a new location and haven't got a sign out front yet. But it's not hard to find, it's a old Wawa and if you know wawa you'll recognize it right away. It's painted institution gray. Just don't turn down Wayne Ave lol no reason to. Everyone was very friendly. My anxiety for my Kitty was at a 10 since he was crying so bad, he's 1yr old now but he's still baby boop. Picking him up in the am. He's going to hate me for awhile. Sad ?

Highly organized, very professional and the friendliest group of people taking care of your pet. Our puppy went in smiling to get spayed and came out wagging her tail and loving her pets! She is healing very well and is eating and drinking on day 2. Highly recommend.

The Spayed Club had been my trusted veterinary office for many years. Even after relocating to Delaware, I continued to use them as my primary vet for my 7-1/2 year old dog. I called on Monday (8/21/23) in what ended up being an unsuccessful attempt at scheduling my dog for an illness visit at their clinic. Without even inquiring about the reason for my appointment request, the receptionist immediately responded with “I’m all booked up.” I replied “Ok.” The receptionist then asked if the visit would be for a wellness or a sick exam? (Not really sure why she asked because remember she had already told me that they were “all booked up.”) I replied “sick,” and as you can imagine was told that they were still all booked up. Specifically, they were booking two weeks out from Thursday (8/24/23). Although they were booking out from that date, do you think I was given the option of making an appointment? Absolutely not! I hung up and immediately decided that our relationship with The Spayed Club ended with that call. What a disappointing experience. FYI; I’ve found a new vet that appears to prioritize customer service and the well being of the animals they serve. Also, I went ahead and made the appointment with the new vet for two weeks out from Thursday. Thanks for nothing Spayed Club.
