“Service was great, and I didn’t have to wait to be serviced. Word to the wise: NEVER PROCRASTINATE DURING CHRISTMASTIME! I was worried that the package would not get to its destination on or before Christmas Eve, but this location exceeded my expectations. I shipped my package last Saturday morning, and the package got to its destination today! I know going further, especially around Christmastime, to never wait until the last minute to ship packages and pay a lot in shipping fees, but to me, it was worth it. I appreciate the effort that it took to get my package delivered on time and I will use that location in the future.”

“The best place to get documents notarized! The gentlemen there are courteous, professional, and know exactly what is required for specific documents. They also only charge $5 per document vs. some others who rip you off and charge up to $20.
Pro tip: Be sure to take originals of things like passports, etc.!”

“Navis Pack & Ship is by far the only packing and shipping company that you need to call for any move. The owner, Peter, was willing to take my call himself and answer all of my detailed questions that were I am sure juvenile to him. As a mother of four young children who had only 2 weeks to pack up a 4000 square foot home and ship to Hong Kong, Navis went above and beyond continuously for me and both Peter and his employees stayed patient and professional with me throughout the entire process. They even went as to have several employees stay overtime on a Saturday to wait for me to arrive with some last minute things that I had forgot to include for packaging. When my husband called Peter to explain the situation, he was happy to accommodate us and held his staff there for us. Navis also did not ask for payment until the protective crating was complete and when it was time to pay, the amount was in the range that we had been quoted AND well BELOW the other quotes we had received. The funny thing is that we actually called Navis TWO days before we needed to schedule and they came through for us without any obnoxious fees for the last minute scheduling. These guys work around the clock, are reasonably priced, are easy to reach anytime and are extremely dedicated and honest in their business practices. I have never taken the time to review a company before but they did such a great job for me that I decided to make them my first. I know how stressful a big move can be so if you need a personal reference before booking Navis, call them and ask Peter to give you Angie's email address, I will be happy to give you advice and details regarding a huge, crazy, international move that they made AMAZING!

“i have rented a lot of mailboxes over the years as i have moved around the country a lot for work and i would have to say that this my experience here was better than most. First off the were quick to respond to my yelp message and once i found their webpage all the info i wanted was easy to find. Also their store has way better hours than i have found anywhere else. I went there that afternoon spoke to an associate got taken care of quickly was explained everything got my box situated. Also they have a great system of scaling up the services you need and what you are charged as your needs or business grows. So you only have to pay for the lowest tier in the beginning and then either keep that low fee or go up to a more expensive one as your services needed grow. In a world of businesses trying to overcharge u for almost everything they can this was a refreshing change. Hopefully this will be just the beginning of a long relationship with this p.o.box provider.”

The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time. When I went in for pick up, Toni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She was amazing and even recut some of the items to make sure they were exactly what was needed. I didn’t ask her to do all these things, but she was so detailed and truly wanted to make sure the order was perfect.
