Disgusting company. Police found my vehicle a couple hours after it was stolen. And had it towed to this tow lot. I could have picked it up myself. Came first thing in the morning Belongings and everything was stolen out vehicle. Person working for enforcement that was bragging about his family stealing vehicles wanted 300 cash. No receipt no breakdown to show my. insurance company. Way to take advantage of a person. Owner or whoever being rude acting like they did me a favor towing my car. Keep that same energy when something like that happens to your friends and family

Polite people ...I went and drop off the release form and still had to send the picture to the insurance company to get it release, they were given my insurance company a hard time.. make sure you have a copy or a picture of your release form just in case

My car broke down and the police called them to tow it around 1. 150 towing fee and 40 a night for a 5 mins drive, didn’t care about this. When I went to get my car at 9am in the morning the guy at the place charged me 230 and couldn’t explain why. He refused for me to pay with my card and wrote fraudulent time in the receipt. They even took the motors out of my car door and now it’s heavy when opening. Thrives avoid them!!!!
