So many times, my packages, according to ebay tracking, say it's delivered and it's not. Then, some of the employees give me a hard time like it's my fault! What the hell is wrong with these people!!!

Worst post office ever!!! Never answers the phone, half the time we dont get our mail everyday and when we do it'll be a couple days worth of mail. When I end up having to go to the office all the employees look absolutely miserable. If I could give negative stars I would.

USPS lost two weeks of my held mail. USPS couldn't find it. They couldn't help me. I didn't even get a 'sorry'. Their online lost mail reporting portal is not working. Also USPS online hold mail portal does not allow you to extend and existing hold mail period. USPS sucks!
