He was hired to complete some work and has only completed approximately 5% of the agreed-upon work, despite receiving 3/4th of payment. Upon inquiring about the completion of the project multiple times, he provided various excuses for the delays and requested additional payments.

We called Steve to do an estimate for our porch roof. He was out that same day with an estimate. We hired him. Everything was done within a couple of days. We are very satisfied with our experience. If we need further roof repair, we will definitely hire him.
