“Outstanding staff at BME. I needed storage for a home I purchased in the area. I intended to sell it shortly after I purchased it so I didn't want to have the expense of erecting other buildings on site to protect my building supplies and tools. The rates are more than competitive and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can say that they literally bent over backwards to help me. Special thanks to Amy, who went above and beyond to help me. It is hands down, the best storage facility that I have ever used. I highly recommend them.”

“Lot is gravel, but can be very tight for larger RV's to turn around, but is possible to maneuver most. We managed it with a 32' 5er on an extended cab long bed 4×4 (44' total length when hitched)”
“I just adore the employees at this location, very friendly, helpful, and sweet! Now, I've never rented a storage unit before so I don't have much to go off of, but I will say, I was very surprised at how clean this place is! I've heard horror stories about rats and bugs at other storage units so I was hesitant about storing my furniture.. but I had no choice! I was actually recommended to this place through my fiancée family who have had nothing but great experiences with them!!! Yay for me and my furniture! Anyways, this review is for the interaction I had today with a very sweet employee! My lovely debit card expires this month....so I had the fun job of figuring out all places my card is hooked up to for automatic payments. Then to top it off, my card had fraud on it! YAY! This isn't a great way to start the new year, but today I actually got a call from an employee to inform me that my card on file needs to be updated (BEFORE IT WAS CHARGED!) ! I truly would never expect this type of customer service from a storage facility, much less... anywhere. This place is amazing on every level, but the employees really make it all that much better! Pleeease take notes companies! THIS is how you treat a customer !”

“The storage facility is wonderful! I have been using them for a year and I couldn’t ask for a better experience! They are kind and also very helpful! The storage facility is clean & has video Surveillance. I have never had a problem whatsoever! I store my boat outside and also have a storage locker.”
