Courtney at the Leitersburg/Hagerstown MD office went above and beyond to help us package and make recommendations on shipping, and did so in such a professional and friendly manner. Her customer service skills are exceptional. Not to mention that the packages were delivered very quickly and packaged so well.”
“From the moment I placed the order on-line and, during ever text message & phone call, I was confident that my Pergo flooring would deliver as scheduled & in perfect shape..My driver made sure I received my order on time, he called 30 minutes before arriving & was professional, very helpful & displayed a level of customer service you just don't see anymore. But Roderick was absolutely very professional!With the long, winding driveway, Roderick made sure he parked without damaging any of our trees & he had the perfect solution to make sure the flooring got to its final destination!”
“Went here to send back a phone to Xfinity and the lady at the counter was SUPER helpful and sweet! She also told me about a bunch of extra services they do there that I didn’t know about, which I thought was real great from a business perspective. Up selling like a champ! Haha! But she printed off my shipping label for me and got my phone packed up and sent on its way in no time, all while being friendly and informative.Location is convenient, staff is super friendly and helpful, and it seems like there are several useful services there. They have self serve printers that you can use for whatever you may need. I was glad I found this place as my town only has the Fed Ex drop boxes, and I was unable to print the label out at home. Super nice to know they can print the label, box it up and send it off for me all at once!”
“The staff here are great, they are really helpful if I need help with labels. I have not come here as often since staples has picked up a bill of returns- they also carry avanti greeting cards which I like and not too many store ma in the area carry avanti. The one downside is the charge to use the computer to access labels -very nice staff often very busy”
“I didn't really need any services today but I figured that I would stop by and drop off my postcards at this post office. I chose it for no reason other than the name of the town so that it appears last in my list of Yelp reviews after Zolfo Springs. Welcome to Zullinger! When I can find a place that starts with ZY... on my travels, then I'll go there too! The post office is of course closed on Sunday but they have a mailbox you can drive up to and not have to get out of the car. [Review 15136 overall, 638 of 2021, number 556 in Pennsylvania.]”
“The actual post office location in Greencastle has helpful staff if you need to drop off a package or buy stamps, etc. As other people have mentioned there have been some issues with mail/package delivery but that seems to be more of an institutional problem”
“We had driver Chase Shaw pick up a shipment for us and he went above and beyond using critical thinking skills picking up from a rather tough pickup or not easy pick up location. The world needs more Chase's. Thank you Chase”
“I've used this post office several times to send packages and I live in town and have not had any issues with my mail. Not sure why there's so many negative experiences but I've always had friendly and quick service.”
