“Twice now, I’ve had to rush a package or letter to this post office minutes before they closed. Each time, the employees helped me quickly and politely. Considering how close it was to closing time, they could have been very annoyed, but instead were wonderful. Well done!”
“I didn't really need any services today but I figured that I would stop by and drop off my postcards at this post office. I chose it for no reason other than the name of the town so that it appears last in my list of Yelp reviews after Zolfo Springs. Welcome to Zullinger! When I can find a place that starts with ZY... on my travels, then I'll go there too! “The actual post office location in Greencastle has helpful staff if you need to drop off a package or buy stamps, etc. As other people have mentioned there have been some issues with mail/package delivery but that seems to be more of an institutional problem”
“I was pleasantly surprised that the clerk knew exactly where my boxes were going just looking at my colors of duct tape and address labels used. That lead to a pleasant conversation and added to my morning with delight.”

“I’ve been using this post office for years & I’ve had nothing but amazing, above & beyond customer service. I recently had an issue that was entirely my fault regarding a forward that I didn’t realize was still in effect & when I called, the automated system sent me a link to contact customer service for assistance and I put the request in yesterday & I received a call back this morning- I was shocked especially with a worldwide pandemic & I received a call in less than 24 hours & she was able to see what I had done & fix it & I couldn’t be more appreciative. I usually only do reviews when I’ve had a bad experience but I was so blown away by the customer service that I decided to take the time to tell others. Thank you all very much!”
