⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐My experience today at Thomas Jewelers was nothing short of perfect. Justin, the owner, literally had the perfect chain for me. It looks spectacular and fits perfectly. He was so kind and his business associates were all so professional—I couldn’t ask for a better experience. This highly-rated boutique jewelry store located in Sewickly, PA, is not to be missed. The area is beautiful, and the group of individuals working there is exceptional. My experience was second to none, and I am proudly wearing my new rope chain and feel amazing in it. What a great experience!---

I brought my watch in to have a battery replaced. At the time it was waterproof up to 50 meters. When I received it back it started to fog up and within a few weeks it was completely cloudy. I called The original store in which I bought it from and they immediately asked me “did you get the battery replaced? “They said bring it in as soon as possible as the water can damage the mechanism. They sent it away to Michelle, which is the name of the maker. Michele said it would be $400 including tax to fix , As the gears hands and gonna be replaced. I reached out to Thomas jeweler because they had sold a watch for me before and texted who I thought was the watch specialist turns out it’s the owner as well, and he said bring it to me. I can fix it for less. To which I responded, why would I pay you to fix something that you essentially broke. Because in that text thread, he told me he had the capability to reseal watches, and then test them to make sure that they were sealed properly. I Ask him why he didn’t do that in the beginning after he replaced the watch. I reached back out to Thomas and told The manager about the text exchange and they told me it was the owner and he refused to text me back or call me back. I don’t feel like I should be stuck with a $400 bill because I went to this particular jeweler to replace my battery and received the watch back not in the same shape I handed it over to him in the beginning.

I have to share my recent experience regarding Thomas Jewelers in Sewickley and their in-house genius goldsmith...Brian Scott Smith. My husband bought me an estate ring many years ago...a very wide platinum band with an intricate delicate design of white and yellow diamonds...going around the entire ring. The sides are hand engraved as well. Well, after time my ring doesn't fit. I thought I would have to just sell it. But, then I found Thomas Jewelers in Sewickley and my ring was saved! Brian Scott Smith...their in-house goldsmith and custom designer came to the rescue. He had to enlarge the ring by a size and a quarter...adding diamonds...carving out the delicate vine design...and hand engraving the sides. You cannot tell that this estate ring has been enlarged at all. Brian Scott Smith is a genius!!! I am one happy customer!!! Do yourself a favor and stop by Thomas Jewelers...for all of your jewelry and custom design needs. Joanne and the gang are very friendly and they have a huge display of new and estate jewelry. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic customer service - would 100% recommend! I needed a larger bale for my cross for a new necklace that I purchased. Justin and the team were great to work with and provided a super quick turnaround time. They assisted multiple times to ensure the bale was the perfect size for my necklace. Justin is the most kind hearted person I know! I called them to repair my chain and he made me an appointment and fixed. His inventory is amazing. Lots of different pieces. Emily was amazing she greeted me and made sure I got everything I needed.

Hands down the best jewelry store in the area.They always have the best prices recently purchased a Rolex from the store and they have been very helpful with the entire process.Also have had necklaces repaired and was a wonderful smooth process with no hassle.

I came in to drop off a ring to be repaired and the whole process was super easy and affordable. I was shocked! Love my piece after getting it back and everyone was very friendly :) highly recommend! They also have so many beautiful and unique pieces I haven't seen in any other jewelry store before!
