Not satisfied at all. I gave them multiple opportunities to make it right and they fell short. I didn't want to burn a bridge but after thinking about it long and hard, I really don't care. For the amount of money I spent I shouldn't have had any problems with my 928 especially since I haven't even put 100 miles on it since picking up. I am totally embarrassed for spending what I did and getting back what I did in return. For anyone who wants me to elaborate, I am willing to put together a laundry list of things they did wrong.

My sales rep is awesome. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. The dealership treats customers with respect and doesn't waste anyones time. When in the market for my next vehicle I will purchases at Sewickley Porsche/Audi.

Way overpriced and exceedingly arrogant sales staff, porsche. Can't wait for the days of stealerships being in a lurch, just to throw it back in their faces, for making good, long term customers pay thousands above msrp. Unethical = YES, Illegal = highy possible, do they care, NNNNNOOOOOO WAY!!!

The top dealer and service location for Porsche in Pittsburgh! The team at Sweickley Porsche are experts in servicing everything from a vintage 356 to a GT3RS ! I have been a customer since 2007 and purchased a BMW from Sweickley BMW in 1999. Not only is the staff highly competent they are also friendly and helpful with excellent advice in regard to taking care of your car for the street or track . I highly recommend this dealership!

Negative experience with Porsche service through the Sewickley Auto Group. Issues started almost immediately following purchase. Service staff made accusations I took my car for outside repair or was a victim of a crime when actually wrong weights were used/became loose following their tire service. Issues continued due to lack of proper communication and responsiveness to my concerns. Management reassigned me to a different service person, but then back following a series of staff changes. Service department made differing claims about work completed and service needed. They did not properly record an engine error light that was likely the issue I was experiencing. Over three years the car was in the service department for over 100 days. The service team would not call when requested to even talk through their thought process. They cited the main Porsche company as limiting service responses and after two total failures and month with Porsche customer service, I no longer question that to be true. It went so far as for the SAG contact to suggest a trade-in would be easier than getting my concerns addressed. Porsche Main customer service experience equally abysmal to customer service at SAG. Many more instances of communication errors, blame, and failure to provide adequate service. I am now moving to another dealership. Strongly advise against this company. Had my issue been addressed, it would have saved me years of headache and I would have been a SAG Porsche lifer )I did have a great sales experience, but no so great as to further support SAG). With my experience with Porsche main, I know question ever owning another Porsche - but honestly, where do you go from there. If they got service right and listened to customers my experience would have been untouchable. When properly serviced, the car drives amazing!

Very good Audi service experience at Sewickley location - Easy to schedule appts. - Appreciate the use of the loaner vehicle while mine is in for service - Service technicians appear to be Audi experts which I also appreciate - Vehicle is always taken care of quickly and efficiently.
