Everyone I encountered here gave excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable in answering any questions, and all were personable and friendly, while running a very timely system together and seeming to genuinely enjoy working together as as team. Great experience. Refreshing.

Windshields are expensive, which sucks, but other than that I was very pleased with Safelite. Every employee was extremely polite. There was none of the tough guy vibe I always feel at places that service cars. And the waiting room was comfortable and the wait wasn't as long as they said. Great experience.
