On Saturday 2/03, the staff was amazing, but some guy came in at 1:30 and started yelling at the pharmacy because they take their break at 1:30 and wouldn’t stay longer for him to pick up his prescription. I arrived to pickup my prescription right before they closed, which was at 1:25, as they clearly have the times of their break on display. He argued with the pharmacist about speaking to the manager, but I had checked my watch and it was clearly 1:30. After berating the pharmacy staff, he went to the front of the store and just yelled at them about how “they could have waited 1 minute” and you could hear him through the whole store. He then proceeded to write a review on here where he lied and said he arrived at 1:20, but the whole reason he found the pharmacy was already closed was because he arrived at the store at 1:30. I'm sure Rite Aid handles their cases and can review their footage to exonerate their pharmacy staff, but seeing people act so disgusting and lie is terrible. It’s incredibly disappointing to see people be so disrespectful to the staff at this store, all because he arrived too late. I've been coming here for years and it breaks my heart. Perhaps the gentlemen should have arrived on time instead of seeking special treatment.

On Saturday 02/03 I arrived at the Beaver Street location at approximately 1:20PM. The location prominently displays in the store, online and on their voicemail that the pharmacy closes at 1:30 PM for break time. As I previously spent 10 years in retail, I fully respect this and arrived at a time that I could pick up my order. The pharmacy was attended by two employees; when they saw me, they clearly rushed to close the security fence around the counter. I asked them if it was possible to pick up my prescription, as they were standing directly between the register and the rack where prescriptions hang to away pickup. I was told no, they go on break at 1:30. I pointed out that it was not 1:30, and that it would only take but a few minutes to complete the transaction. The pharmacist gave me a decidedly rude and aggressive attitude and informed me that she was pregnant and HAD to take her break. This all happened while walking away from me with the other associate, and to a door to the back area of the location. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told she WAS the manager. When I clarified that I wanted to speak to a store manager, I was laughed at and told "good luck with that: and the door to the back of store was closed in my face.I have managed retail stores. I appreciate the need for schedules and to care for the wellbeing of staff. But the level of rudeness in obviously leaving early for break and replying to my request to pickup my order was stunning and off putting. I'm strongly considering taking my business to another location as a result. Especially as this is not the first rude treatment (Or worse) that we have received from this pharmacy staff.Fortunately, my RX order was not anything that was critical. But what if I had run out of a medication on which I was highly dependent? Why was the choice to close EARLY and place the onus for interrupting that plan the customer service choice by this staff? My spouse recently ordered a set of prescriptions after being diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. She picked up I think two different medications, only to find both bottles (although labeled as the expected 2 medications) contained the same pills. When she called in to have the issue addressed, the same nonchalant and dismissive attitude was given both on the phone and during pickup of the order.I love children, I have two of my own and my spouse has two of her own. I appreciate the rigors and demands of going through a pregnancy. But waving that as a flag explaining poor customer service and a failure on to accomplish the primary job function of one's job seems a bit much. There have been substitute/temporary pharmacists tending to the department here in the past, who have done wonderfully and been pleasant to deal with. It very disappointing that the permanent staff member is so much the opposite of that experience.

I have been going into the Rite Aid for years and for the most part the workers are very helpful and friendly. I have had issues though with the pharmacy dept. I was misinformed by someone that I didn't need a COVID Booster yet and it turned out that according to another worker there that I did. This was something that I needed for work. It is important for something like this for everyone to be on the same page with the CDC Guidelines. I had called today to find out if you had OTC COVID tests. The person said you had 12. This was around 4 PM. When I asked a woman who worked in the pharmacy where your COVID tests were, she instantly told me that you didn't have any. When I told her that someone had told me that you did, she became very offended and started rambling on about how she's back in the pharmacy and has no way of knowing what gets put out or what's on the shelf. Ok fine, but shouldn't her answer have just been " I don't know?"The best part is a nice young girl pointed them out to me. They were sitting right at the register. I thanked the girl for her help. Now do you think thewoman who worked there could of thanked her? NO, she was too busy giving me an attitude because I dared to tell her that she was wrong about something.

I hope you all enjoy your lunch. Thanks for making that a priority 5 min before your break. I do hope your favor will be returned at some point and at the same level of pain.

Store was fine. This survey was way too long. Will never do another Rite Aid survey.

I live nearby and have been coming to this Rite Aid for years. I think it’s a great store in town with a good selection of products. Always well well-maintained and the pharmacists are helpful

The pharmacy staff and the rest of the staff are amazingly helpful all of the time. I am there regularly as a customer and have always had excellent experiences. Moreover, I am a physician and I am regularly impressed by the knowledge of the pharmacy staff and their calmness despite the high surge in prescriptions and immunizations during this COVID crisis. They have managed to stay friendly despite the burnout that healthcare providers are feeling.

Someone recommended a good flavor of g-feul for me to try, and I enjoyed it. However, one of my homies is currently banned for life from that Rite aid (for allegedly shoplifting), so that's not pog. Other than that, its chill yk.
