Our daughter entered Primrose in 2022 when she was 3 years old. Primrose was a completely new environment for her, but soon after her first day, we noticed her happiness. She would often tell us about the fun stories from school, with genuine smiles on her face.Every engagement with the Primrose team showed passion, inclusivity, and a sense of responsibility. We felt that education here was more of a mission to nurture and care for children than just a business. We are sincerely grateful for this, and we do not take it for granted. We thank the Primrose team for helping our daughter to discover the beauty and wonder of the world, to experience love and friendship, and to learn to respect and be kind.

We absolutely LOVED our time at Primrose. We had our 4 and 1 year old attend and couldn't say enough wonderful things about our experience with all of the teachers and staff there.

Finding a childcare that provides a welcoming, organized, clean, stable, caring, and stimulating environment for your kids can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. Primrose is our needle and we're so fortunate to have the staff and teachers there care for our boys! We are regularly blown away by the curriculum that Primrose teachers make approachable and fun while still creating an enriching learning experience. It's a daily occurrence for staff members outside of their teachers to stop and engage with not only our children but us as parents too. I've truly never met such a welcoming group of people. Every transition and new experience is thoughtfully approached and executed with your input as parents. We are so thankful our boys get to grow up with the Primrose family!

My wife and I were pleased with how the team at Primrose cared for our children. The teachers were engaged and invested in their development. I recommend this daycare to friends and family.

We have truly loved our experience at Primrose in Wexford! Liz and Ashley are very organized and communicate well with both families and staff. We absolutely love the teachers that have worked with both my toddler and baby. Ms. Taylor and Ms. Ginger in the toddler classroom are phenomenal. My daughter has loved going to school everyday because of them! Ms. Chantal and Ms. Melissa in the infant room have taken great care of our baby and she has developed so much. You can really tell the staff cares for the kids and are genuine. There is definitely a community feel there. We have also been impressed by the food provided at this facility. Ms. Jamie, their chef, goes above and beyond to create several menus each week in order to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions. This was a huge relief to us since both of our kids have food allergies and we haven't had to worry at all.I can't say enough great things about this Primrose location. Thank you so much and we appreciate all you do!

We have been through several daycares with our two kids and Primrose is by far the best. The teachers are wonderful. We are so impressed with how much our 4 year-old has learned. Everything is new, clean and nice. I love how there are different playground areas for all ages and a garden!

We are so fortunate to have the opportunity to send both of our kids to Primrose. The staff has been wonderful - everyone from the teachers to the leadership to the chef (we love Ms. Jamie!). Our kids have the opportunity to experience a curriculum that not only includes a well-thought out approach to education, but also puts an emphasis on building the core values that make them a good person. It’s this foundation that has helped to support my daughter in elementary school, and will enable my son to have a smooth transition to kindergarten in a few years. The food variety is wonderful, providing the kids with so many healthy choices. In fact, the food is sometimes the first thing they rave about before opening up about the rest of their day. We are so grateful to Primrose for providing a top-notch daycare that is centered around making our kids well-rounded and ensuring they are genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive to the time they walk out the door at the end of the day. We’re so proud to be a Primrose family!

This is the 3rd childcare center my daughter has attended. Primrose is by far the best. The staff is amazing and the facility is clean and welcoming. My daughter is provided with experiences that she deserves. Her development has flourished and she is excited to go to school everyday. I would recommend this center to anyone looking for childcare.

We can’t say enough about Primrose School of Wexford. From our first contact, the staff has been nothing but professional, transparent, thoughtful, and most of all—caring. Primrose exceeded every expectation. They offer healthy food options including locally sourced fresh fruit when possible and their facility is hands-down the nicest in the area. We are so happy we found Primrose for our four-year-old daughter.

We registered our child before they opened the Wexford location. My wife was up front that our child has a disability and requires additional care. They were very accommodating at first and worked with us to ensure our child’s needs were met. Unfortunately, they had some turnover and moved some of the caregivers around. Both of ours were moved to other rooms. This is when the problems started. They hired another woman who despite her age and so called “experience” just didn’t have the patience or mental fortitude to deal with a disabled child. We noticed a change in the first few weeks and despite having biweekly meetings with the owner, director, caregivers, and therapists, the lead caregiver would not stop complaining, would constantly bash the therapists that we provided to help with her care, and would criticize every solution we attempted to implement while not giving any solutions of her own. She was awful. The caregiver repeatedly complained about my daughters braces (she wears ankle braces) so much so that she would get on the ground and imitate my daughter laying on the ground and kick her legs in an attempt to convince us that our daughter could seriously hurt someone with her braces. Our daughter isn’t even 4 yet and is tiny. After a very short period of time we noticed a change in our little girl. She was regressing. She was stressed. I went in one day and all of the toys in the room were dumped. The lead caregiver was just sitting on the other side of the room. When I asked what happened, the caregiver said “SHE DID ALL OF THIS!”. I responded, “And what did you do?” I received no answer. I helped clean up and told the caregiver if she couldn’t handle this then let’s talk about it. She said they were going to meet that night. I then spoke with the director and they said they would handle it. Unfortunately, they didn’t. The next time the lead caregiver was there, the same thing happened. When we went to pick up my daughter at the end of the day, my daughter was laying down in the fetal position sucking her thumb. The second caregiver was standing over her. Toys were all over. The lead caregiver said to my wife “SHE DID THIS!” That was it for us. We never went back again. I couldn’t bear to see my daughter neglected. On the bright side, we’ve had our daughter home the past few weeks and she couldn’t be better. She recovered quickly from this bad experience, and is progressing now.Liz, I have to admit, it pained me to write this, it really did. We started off so well, and this one caregiver ruined it for us. There are some wonderful people there, but all it takes is one. It’s truly unfortunate that you and Ashley didn’t do more to correct this caregiver’s behavior. I hope she isn’t treating other children the way she treated ours.

Do not use this daycare!!! Trying to get information on your child is impossible. The voicemail was full for days. If you do get lucky enough to leave a message you won’t get a response. Same if you email any of the employees even the owner herself. The place is WAY over priced for the level of customer service they provide! Avoid at all costs!
