The large manager lady is an idiot and doesn’t comprehend the simplest of processes managing other branches are perfectly capable. I’ve had issues with PNC over the years but the consistency of being UNABLE to withdrawal MY FING MONEY is astounding. Recommend using any other bank or at the very minimum a different branch as this one’s run by incompetent clowns

Friendly staff who helped us open/close accounts without fuss. Also a pretty decent parking lot.

I lost my ATM card and went in to PNC (Sewickley) to have another issued. I was greeted by a rep and sat down at her desk. I gave her my driver's license. She (Molly) looked at it and requested a second form of identification. I said I didn't have one. She said there may be a way around it. She began to question me about my accounts (I have several & I own my own business). I answered ( I regret answering, my ID should have been sufficient). She then remembered, she had not made a formal introduction. I made it a point to let her know-I noticed she did not introduce herself. She asked if I had any questions (of course I do!) "what is your policy with reissuing ATM cards with respect to requiring additional identification outside of the customary/widely accepted PA driver's license?" Molly explained, "it was for my protection." and sometimes, "people have fake IDs." So, what you''re saying is, "I have my PA DL with my face, DL# & signature on it, and you look at it and say it is fake? that it might not be me???" Molly mentioned they have my signature on file and could compare (I know for a fact that it would not be the same, as I have changed my signature since I had my license). She made my card and then shook my hand. I left upset, embarrassed and humiliated.

Friendly, professional staff. Parking sometimes in short supply, like much of Sewickley.

I love PNC mainly because the virtual wallet is so easy to use, but their locations are great. The one at Blackburn and Beaver feels like an old-timey bank. Really helpful tellers, neat local pictures on the walls, and there is never a line.
