“I was having a heck of a time finding a pharmacy that would help me. I was frustrated and tired of the run around from insurance. My fiancé and I started making calls when he found Zeal. I was blown away by the customer service and dedication from the man on the other side of the phone, Jonathan. He took my information and offered to help. He called us back telling us he could help and get me my medication. Unfortunately, my insurance prohibits me using this pharmacy, but if I ever have the chance, I will be using this pharmacy. My fiancé thanked Jonathan for his time and dedication to me, and asked if he could speak to Jonathan’s supervisor. It was then we learned that the man named Jonathan was actually Dr. Ogurchak - the co-founder and CEO of Zeal. I could not believe it. He didn’t have to do that. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Dr. Ogurchak’s time and kindness - I am thankful that he took the time to treat me like I mattered. One day, I’ll be back as a client because of a man named Jonathan.”

“I have been going to CVS Pharmacy in Target for years. The reason is our pharmacists, Amy and Carly, are AMAZING! They genuinely care about their customers. Their expertise is second to none. I cannot say enough of good things about them. Because of them, I won't go anywhere else and I tell everyone I know. Ty Amy and Carly!”
“This CVS is located close to where I live and is my preferred store when I need to get my prescriptions or buy things in general. As an extra care card member which is free I'm able to get discounts on various merchandise throughout the store. I also get discounts via email. This location is smaller than some of them since they don't have a "minute clinic" inside. The pharmacy does offer vaccines including CoVid and will accept most insurances. They sell grocery store items, stationery, computer accessories, makeup, dental care and pretty much your usual run of the mill stuff. Expect to pay more here than at a regular grocery store however, if you can snag one of their coupons then it is worth the savings. You also can get "rewards" in the form of "extra bucks" which can also bring down the cost. Like so many other stores there are a bunch of empty shelves due to supply chain issues. The pharmacy does offer home delivery and automatic refill if you have an active prescription. The pharmacist is on hand to answer any questions you may have. Please note that the pharmacy's is closed from 12:30-1:00 daily for lunch. They also have drive in pharmacy services if you prefer to wait in your car. There is plenty of parking available in their lot. Located on Steuben St and Foster Ave, it sits near the Crafton Ingram shopping center.”

“On Saturday 2/03, the staff was amazing, but some guy came in at 1:30 and started yelling at the pharmacy because they take their break at 1:30 and wouldn’t stay longer for him to pick up his prescription. I arrived to pickup my prescription right before they closed, which was at 1:25, as they clearly have the times of their break on display. He argued with the pharmacist about speaking to the manager, but I had checked my watch and it was clearly 1:30. After berating the pharmacy staff, he went to the front of the store and just yelled at them about how “they could have waited 1 minute” and you could hear him through the whole store. He then proceeded to write a review on here where he lied and said he arrived at 1:20, but the whole reason he found the pharmacy was already closed was because he arrived at the store at 1:30. I'm sure Rite Aid handles their cases and can review their footage to exonerate their pharmacy staff, but seeing people act so disgusting and lie is terrible. It’s incredibly disappointing to see people be so disrespectful to the staff at this store, all because he arrived too late. I've been coming here for years and it breaks my heart. Perhaps the gentlemen should have arrived on time instead of seeking special treatment.”
