I had a phone hat powered up but the screen didn't display. Asked him if he could retrieve my contacts and transfer to the new phone and 20 minutes later I was outta there with a new phone and completely satisfied. I have always found this process extremely stressful in the past, but Kyle, the rep who worked with us, was excellent and put me at ease. He detailed everything and answered all of our questions. “I went in this past Monday when my phone was not working at all. Hailey was so helpful, unfortunately she had to call Verizon customer service where the first lady was so rude she asked to speak to a manager 4x’s. We finally got another rep who put the manager on to help reset my SIM card. Hailey was very professional she understood I did not have the time or way to another store. Definitely for all my Verizon needs I will go to this store again! (If I wanted to deal with the rudeness of the customer service I would have called myself) oh wait my phone was not working!”

“Went to a Verizon licensed store in Washington it was an authorized retailer. Well that was a mistake. At first one associate started to help me. My internal speaker was not working. He wanted to sell me another phone. When I decided I didn’t want that. He asked if I had insurance on phone. Which I did. Then a couple came in that he was helping earlier and he passed me off to another associate who really didn’t seem like they were interested in helping me. So I decided to leave that store and head to the store in Monaca where I bought my phone and have done business there for the past 20 years. I explained to the associate what was happening with my internal speaker he pointed me to another associate who took my phone and cleaned the cover on the speaker and now it’s working great. I wish I would’ve have gotten both of their names. Stand up people with great customer service. So long story short I didn’t need to replace my phone at all. Just needed some love on the internal speaker. That is the reason why I will remain a Verizon customer.”

“I ordered my phone and plan online through boost infinite and the sim was defective. Paul at the Chartiers location was more than willing to help resolve the issue and I am so grateful! I tried handling it on my own for 3 days until I finally went to the Lincoln location and that guy was rude, didn't want to hear my situation, and there was a couple there who had the same issue and said the guy was telling them they had to buy a new phone. Thankfully I called Paul and he said come in to the Chartiers store and he'd be more than happy to help. Thank you for your amazing customer service! My phone works finally! Give Paul a raise! ?”
