Good selection of items. I tried the Erika and it was great. A bit pricey, but 99% of the things in the store are hard to come across in regular stores. Only thing is that I wish they took cash.

It's not just the selection of better for you foods that makes Mic's so wonderful - it's the entire ambience. From the moment you step into the store, you feel like you have entered into a kinder, gentler, more caring place. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious AND good for you, and everything is thoughtfully put together. I normally dread grocery shopping, but would happily visit here everyday if I could! There are always new and delicious things to try that keep me coming back.

Got a breakfast burrito and coffee to go. Both were fantastic. Awesome selection of snacks and staples. Def need to check this place out if you're in the area!! 10/10 recommend!

I was looking for someplace to get some sort of protein smoothie with green veggies in it so that I could feel healthy while running around and doing my errands. I've pretty much frequented almost every small business juice/smoothie place in the city, so I was excited to try something new. I wanted to make sure I gave this place a yelp review because they didn't seem like they had too many reviews yet. It's a really cute shop in a little nook of a plaza with Parking. When you walk in there's loads and loads of gluten-free and vegan options for snacks, including some snacks for kids. I immediately went for the popcorn that looked very good. There was a ton of other protein sweets that looked good as well, but I figured my smoothie would be sweet enough. It was a little too sweet for me, but very good and the more I had the better it got. I was going to give this place four stars because I was a little taken back by the $16 smoothie (I got The Favorite). I feel like between $10 and $12 before add-ons is pretty standard for a protein smoothie around the city, but I also know that things are getting expensive and the popcorn was absolutely amazing so I will give this place five stars and I will definitely be back to buy more snacks for myself and for my friends with allergen issues.

Great selection of specialty items! Mic is friendly and welcoming and willing to assist and explain the benefits of different products she carries. I enjoy the smoothies and the bone broth and matcha latte are out of this world. The items are pricey but that is to be expected for nutrition and freshness for her deli case/ hot bar! I hope this store continues to expand offerings because everything I have tried so far has been great. I saw the prior review (only one posted) and felt the need to post my comments as I didn't understand the star rating frankly!

Nice clean little shop. Pricey. Not sure what spices or seasoning was in the chai latte but my tongue was on fire like I ate a hot pepper, chia seed pudding was ok (fruit on top was great), cosmic rings light, airy & tasty. For a small business I was shocked they do NOT take cash. That turned me off. Not sure if I will be back to try some foods.

Absolutely wonderful hidden gem. 10/10. The food is fresh, healthy and tastes incredible. I've loved everything i've tried (especially rhe shrimp, baked parsnips and meatloaf!) The daily menu is a great way to try new things. This is also a perfect spot for grab n go, healthy, unique snacks and beverages. You need to pay Mic's a visit when you're in the area. No other place in the city compares!
