I could write like ten paragraphs about how amazing Norm and Meanor Body are, but I'll keep it reasonably short. I'd give Norm and Meanor infinite stars if I could. First,, Norm is an absolutely fantastic guy. When I drove up with my 5-year old, he invited us into the shop, showed my son all around, and invited us back any time. Second, this is a 100% family owned business, which Norm has taken over from his father (and it's on the most beautiful 25 acre plot you could imagine--a sight to behold in itself!). Third, Norm is exceptionally fair and reasonable in his pricing--he did it for a fraction of what another mechanic estimated. Fourth, he did the work in record time--ordered the part the day I came in and did the work the day the part arrived. I mean, I just cannot say enough good things about Norm and his business--I will be going back for life; and I will refer all of my friends and family to him for all of their autobody needs.

We have used Norm at Meanor Auto Body twice over the past five years. Work was impeccable and very fair. Would highly recommend Norm.

I was referred to Norm 2 years ago and he has been an honest most trustworthy mechanic. I travel the country with work and bring my car to him when I am home. Best work. He is upfront and very personable. Going out of his way to get my car and make it perfect. Thank you.

Norm and the Meanor team are great mechanics that genuinely care about their clients. I have traveled all over the country and have always looked for an independent mechanic I can trust. Having tried a few different shops in Pittsburgh, I can tell you that Norm and Meanor are the go-to team for me and my family. They are always honest and have even told us when services (brakes) that were supposedly done by other shops were not actually performed. Norm, specifically, made innumerable trips to and from my house so that my wife and kids don't have to worry about being late to school, and has accommodated us when we had emergencies. Also, I've even had to chase Norm to bill me for work he performed months ago, indicating how trusting and trust-worthy he is. Most importantly, since we've started using Norm, we've seen both of our cars run much better. There is literally a noticeable improvement in the way they drive and handle. In my experience, Norm and the Meanor team have proven that they are more focused on quality and customer service than their bottom line. If you need to climb up a hill to access that kind of a mechanic, so be it! (By the way, Norm offers to meet you at the bottom of the hill and will happily take your car up and down so you don't have to. Hell - he even drives you home!)Services: Brakes

I just want to thank & appreciate Norman (the owner ) who had been very kind to me when I am broke financial and did not have car almost two months ago , he gave me his car to drive to my Part Time job. I used his car for three weeks and he did not asked for any money. I do not go him for any kind of vehicle service / repair / purchase. Someone introduced me to him and told my problem. He was willing to help me. I appreciate his helping hand being kind , respectful. May God bless him !!

They had serviced my work vehicle which I expressed I needed done quickly and they ended up having it for months. They kept coming up with new excuses of why they couldn't get my car fixed. Their shop has a horrible location and is very inconvenient.
