1st account closed do to no money going in and out for a year during covid. 2nd account closed bc money not going into it for 5 months bc i work a seasonal job. i stated this upon opening and they said it wouldn't be a problem and my account wont close. they said they contacted me but no phone calls no mail and no email exists. have fun with your layoffs that are about to happen bc of the state of banks. dont worry im sure you will use tax money to dig yourselves out again thanks to you know who.

Consistent customer service since I opened account many years ago. There is barely any turnover, so you really get to know the staff and they get to know you. It feels good to walk in and be recognized! They are knowledgeable, kind, efficient . The hours and convenient parking is also an added bonus! Account features are excellent, as well!

I am military and my wife went through hell at first, trying to close our bank account because we were relocated and could no longer use this bank. Customer Service steered her wrong a few times giving her inacurate information about how to close the account. It caused a big problem---MORAL OF THE STORY---don't take no for an answer. keep calling around until you find someone at the company willing to go the extra mile to help you. After speaking with several agents, we contacted Sewickley Dollar Bank and spoke with a female manager---SHE WAS AWESOME. She made sure to listen and understand my wifes situation and she made it simple to close the account. She was very reasonable and used common sense. She knew what was fair in the situation, and did what she could do. Thanks DB, Sewickley, your managers are great and you really stepped up.
