This is an outstanding credit union! I have no complaints at all! We are treated like family and love that we can trust the sound financial advice shared to us each visit. The staff consistently have a positive attitude and are always willing to help us to best navigate the finances in our life.

My grandfather has been an account holder since 1948!! He was recently denied for a loan because he hasnt used his credit in 10 years! Never had a negative balance, an overdraw, bounced check..nothing negative... But because he hasn't needed to use any type of credit in so long he's denied for a loan. Absolutely ridiculous. Whats the point of doing well with finances just to be punished when its needed the most! I wanted him to change banks but because hes been with this bank so long he doesnt want to do that.. Sad how customers are repayed for their loyalty.

Since Chrome took over, one of two of my direct deposits NEVER shows up unless I call. I've been told on several occasions 'we're so sorry this is happening, we're going to make sure this never happens again'. WELL...it continues to happen every single pay day. So....I called AGAIN this morning, and I'm waiting once again for this direct deposit to show up. This is my last time. Once it shows, I'm done with Chrome FCU. All direct deposits are being 'directed' elsewhere.

I hate the service now that they have merged with chrome... Most times they can't find my account and I end up having to do be to the branch which is now in wexford pa, quite a distance from my residence.

The staff is very unfriendly, and the manager there 'Jen' does not represent the company very well. When a complaint is filed with her she immediately sticks up for the employee instead of taking the feedback to correct the situation. I am very happy we no longer back with them. Glad we have options and glad there people out there who actually do try to help customers instead of passing the blame
