Ben was so helpful, and his communication was outstanding from start to finish. Ben helped with a tricky refinance of the mortgage on my existing residence. He worked tirelessly to find the right lender and explain the intricacies of my position to them. Ben Yocca was amazing in helping us understand the home buying process for my first home purchase. He answered every question we had, and was always there to help out with numbers if needed. Ben was brilliant and attentive throughout the entire home buying process. He was always there (even nights and weekends) with countless pre-approval letters to keep us competitive with putting offers in places. Alongside his technical work, Ben offered invaluable insights for a buyer new to the housing market. After our offer was accepted, Ben and his team worked tirelessly to ensure our application made it through underwriting with expeditious speed. If you are a first time home buyer like me, ask for Ben. He will answer all of your (many) questions thoroughly. He is phenomenal when it comes to staying in touch with you throughout the entire process. His knowledge and customer service are just what you need whether it's your first house or your tenth!

We just bought our first house and our realtor suggested to use Ben Yocca and AJM Mortgage for our loan. We are so glad we went with Ben Yocca. Our closing was less than 45 days and Ben was able to help us close and finished the loan right on time. From start to finish he was there for us, answered any question we had quickly and never left us hanging or in the dark about anything. He made sure we were covered and showed us multiple scenarios to ensure we picked the best rate and how much to put down. No matter what needed done on a mortgage aspect he made sure we knew what was happening and got it done. We seriously couldn’t have done this without Ben and we wouldn’t go with anyone else. He is extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. I see horror stories where the bank needs additional information. We sent him all our information 1 time and he handled it from there. Honestly he is the best in the business and you will not regret working with him and his team at AJM Mortgage.

Ben and his team were great to work with during our home buying process. He was able to answer any questions we had about the paperwork, process, and everything in between. We had an exceptionally long closing time frame AND a week delay... Ben was able to work with the lender on both ends of the timeline and we were able to keep our initial lower mortgage rate vs what rates were at the time of closing. I highly recommend Ben and AJM Home Mortgage if you are looking to purchase a home.
