Stopped at Convive Coffee to get a quick drink and snack between appointments. Cute little shop with fun seasonal drinks - peaches & cream latte was the choice this time. So good!

Garbage everywhere, plants and green spaces are unmaintained, along with random branches being in the middle of the turn by dairy queen for the last three months, light fixtures are broken and hanging.

Unfortunately the landlord has overpriced this real-estate. This has resulted in the loss of many businesses. There are more empty shops than filled ones. It would be great if it provided more to Adam's and Seven fields; but the owner seams happy using it as a tax write off.
