I was very disappointed with how this salon handled a mistake that I made. I missed an appointment that was made 8 weeks in advance. The appointment was for 3:00. At 3:15 I was called, I apologized and said I could be there in 10 minutes. That would have made me a half hour late but I said that rather than a highlight (which is a 2 hour service) I would settle for a cut and condition. I was told there was no time for this to be done. I was then asked to pay a $100 no-show fee. So, I paid the $100 but there was no time to accommodate me for a cut when I was scheduled for a highlight? I have waited in the lobby for 25 minutes for service prior to this. I just am disappointed in this whole situation. People do forget, especially when a good friend passed away hours before the appointment. I could understand if this was a pattern of behavior.

I was an employee there and was a complete nightmare! The owner would not acknowledge any clients, gave them dirty looks on the regular! Who does that?? Was warned earlier by a regular client but didn't want to believe her! She was oh so right! Melissa is psycho! All her employees are groomed. So very scary! This is why I couldn't stay, and she steals from her employees and clients. How do you think she marked her way to Florida every other weekend? He makes her pay half the rent. Not much into drama, but she brought me here and it's explicable. She's all about money and nothing else. Grotesque. Should've known from first review of her.

I had a very good experience here! Making an appointment was easy. The building was beautiful inside and out. I loved all the products being used. I just got a trim and i love it !

Professional, friendly. Always punctual. Convient scheduling with text reminders. Further, scheduling is flexible and only once in 9 years or so have I been called to change my appointment. Stylist always has suggestions. Extremely pristine. Ample close parking. Love the salon and employees. HIGHLY RECO.MENDED.

Jackie cut my hair, but it was very disappointing. Guess that's she's the owner because who else can bring their dog to work? Although her dog was very well behaved and cute. Asked for a "pixie" cut and really did not get one. She was rude and gave my hair a "once over". Do not understand why I was treated so poorly? Maybe she does not need any more business?
