No wonder I don't have my corporate account with PNC. Twice I've been to this branch, in addition to calling corporate, and I can't get a simple savings account interest statement.They tell you that you need at least $10 interest to generate a 1099R, which is the Fed reporting requirement. Ok, you think the Fed gov't cares if that interest is from one bank or CUMULATIVE from multiple accounts w/different banks? It's the latter but PNC is too arrogant to think that someone would have more than one savings account, including other banks. You also can't access the 1099R online since 2019 (a PNC policy) but the staff here didn't listen when I told them about that LAST YEAR.Pathetic!

This PNC branch is awful! I call and never get any one to pick up the phone. Now, I have been trying for three days to deposit cash and the arm won’t take a cash deposit! I think it’s time to start thinking of taking my banking somewhere else!

I had an issue with fraud charges on my account. Shane Drazen and the branch manager squared me away and resolved my issues. I would recommend this branch to everyone. Everyone was friendly and inviting to all banking needs.

Shane Drazen really stands out as professional, fast but doesn’t lack giving you al the information, personable etc… I was teetering on switch from my previous bank to PNC but after speaking with Shane, it was a no brainer!He does not make me feel stupid for any question asked.I would highly recommend this PNC branch for overall customer service!

We did a loan through PNC and the process was simple and efficient. I was so grateful to the staff for helping us through this and making it stress-free! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and helped me understand all my options.

Walked in to get clarification from an advisor on a 529 account. The receptionist greeted me then walked in to one office whispered to the man and woman in that office and they shewed her away. She walked in to the next office and again whispered to the lady In that office “this guy wants to know about a 529 account”. The receptionist walks out to me and says this is not something our advisors deal with I can give you a number to call. Ok PNC I will go to Charles swab or fidelity down the street. I understand there aren’t commissions on these accounts but little do you know good service and 5 minutes of your time to answer a few questions could have led to me opening accounts that you may have had more interest in.
