This place had bed bugs when I came through. Which didn't make sense to me because they take your clothes to search them for drugs and they told me that they treat our clothes for bed bugs. I had one outfit for 3 days while I waited for them to go through my stuff. They always had some B.S. excuse about why I had to wait for my clothes. I wound up leaving against medical advice once I heard about bed bugs and they were tearing our rooms apart. I just didn't feel safe here.

Penn foundation doesn't live up to its reputation anymore. The employees don't care about us at all. Most of them are just lazy inconsiderate jerks that would rather sit around complaining about each other and their jobs than to actually do the job the are paid to do. If you don't like your job or your life, quit, do us all a favor and just quit. We need people that care about other people working here. I felt more like unwanted cargo than a living breathing person, during my most recent time here its obvious that the new owners don't care, and neither does anybody else.

The techs were supportive, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My counselor, Maggie, was amazing. I learned a lot about myself and my addiction during my stay there during groups and individual counseling. The counselors for the most part listened & supported. Like any counseling or treatment program you get out of it what you put into it. I recommend Penn Foundation without any reservations.

I have had nothing but a great experience here with much respect. I really can't understand all the bad reviews not at all what I have experienced. This place is the reason I have been successfully with my recovery. I give Penn foundation 5 stars because they truly deserve it!

This place is a total rip-off and a scam. I am currently contacting my insurance company and having them file charges against them for insurance fraud.

Since my last review of 2 years ago, Sellersville Pharmacy has done a remarkable 180 turnaround from pharmacists, delivery, down to front customer service.

Employees are rude and dismissive. I actually got a phone call at an ungodly hour to cancel an apt. At least this time, I got a call! Have shown up for cancelled apts, moved apts, charged for apts they didn't cancel, misdiagnosed and given medication that made me hallucinate! They used to be one of the best!

All the administrative staff are absolutely horrible. Don't get me wrong, my therapist was decent and knew what he was talking about and my psychiatrist was an angel, but all other administrative staff are miserable. No matter when you call you have to leave a message. When they call you back they all have an attitude, no matter who you get bumped around to. When you ask questions they act like they have more important things to do than listen to you talk. I called in order to reschedule a missed appointment and they immediately said, "Sorry, we're booked until September. I can't get you in." I then asked to have my Rx refilled and they stated they could not refill my medication (which I have been on for two years) until I met with my psych. So what they're telling me is that I have to be without my medication for 6 months? Yeah, no thank you. I asked if I was able to see someone else or if they could help me in other ways to avoid this 6 month withdrawal and they said no and hung up. I called back hoping that someone else could help me, but they were equally as unhelpful. I immediately told them that I would be finding new treatment somewhere else and all they said was "okay whatever". I will never treat at this facility again. A quick suggestion: maybe if you work in a customer-facing role at a mental health facility you should be capable enough to help the clients with said mental health problems rather than act like my serious concerns are irrelevant.

It's already a bad situation when you are finally getting a loved one to admit that they need help and that he or she is addicted to drugs. If you walk through the doors of Penn Fondation without any insurance, well then your good to go, because the state will pick up your tab (you know, you and me the people that pay taxes). If you have insurance that you purchase and pay for through working, well your basically screwed, there's no financial help for you. And if you reached the point of going into a rehab, than you barely have a job that's willing to keep you on and your income has already taken a beaten. When you are at the evaluation center, where you must go first, everyone is more then willing to tell you exactly what you want to hear and they are so nice. Than you enter the detox center, with your insurance card in hand, you must pay half up front before you go in and they set up a payment schedule for the rest (Keep in mind, they are still advising you at this point that you may be eligible for financial assistance. After all, our Gov. Wolf claims that he has set up financial aid for this epidemic, but apparently only to people that already have state insurance and the rest of the people, well again your screwed. No help for you) . Patient is told that they are not allowed to have outside contact for 4 to 5 days, but family is reassured that at any time the family members may call the center and they will return your call with-in the hour. I asked this question again to confirm and I was again reassured that with-in the hour, you WILL receive a phone call. Admitted on Thursday, called Friday and guess what, no phone call back. After I left an angry message, guess who called me back? The patient that's not supposed to have outside contact. His counselor was sitting with the patient and had him call me. I never received a call back from the counselor even though I had several questions. And if you call on Saturday or Sunday, well no one ever calls back. I guess everyone goes home for the weekend. To sum up my opinion, I wouldn't call this a drug rehabilitation center, I would call it a money pit. This place is only there to take what they can from people that are already at a very low point in their life and they deliver no real help. Don't waste your time or your hard earned money, go somewhere else and ask a lot of questions up front at the facility that you do choose.

Excellent & patient staff. Care provided to those who want it & are willing to accept rules & follow them. Recommended to those who want the tools to reassess & make positive changes to live a more positive & productive life.

This basically has to do with the receptionist that register you and make your first initial appointments. I'm sorry I never got her name but I was so upset after leaving there. So the place has a drug rehab attached to it but it had therapists for all sorts of issues. When I was pregnant I was referred there to help deal with some personal issues and anxiety. The lady at the front desk basically said we don't give out narcotics without asking me why I'm there. 1. I was very clearly pregnant. Yes there are some moms addicted to drugs but you can't assume all are. 2. They do give out narcotics because my dad goes there and approve his meds. 3. They need some sort of how to talk to new patients class. Being pregnant and doing all things to make sure my pregnancy went well including just talking to someone about my problems should not have resorted in me feeling like I did something wrong. Imagine if I was far more unstable this lady could of lead a very emotionally weak person to harm themselves or worse with her attitude and lack of empathy. I expect a lot more from the face of a mental health establishment.
