“We rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage last week. We are so impressed with the new, fresh & clean smelling building that houses your storage units. It looks like a new apartment building from the outside. When we had difficulty placing the lock insert Samantha came right up and quickly instructed us. She was so gracious about helping us. It is going to be a great place to store our extras and for a reasonable price, too. Thank you for a good beginning and good security in a fenced in and secure area to unload our belongings!”

***UPDATED - I received a call from the manager, and a pro-rate refund will be applied. My son confirmed that from day 1, the staff at this location has been kind and helpful on each visit he had to make to the storage unit. If need be, he will use this location next summer. “Prices are comparable to other local storage facilities. They had a great promotional deal with a discounted rate for the 1st three months. The 1st month included some extra charges that were only due at the start of the contract. Love that it doesn't close until 10pm. My only complaint is that I haven't been able to find a dumpster or any trash receptacles. You need to hold onto your garbage and throw it away after you leave. However, I haven't seen any trash and the facilities are very clean.”

“Evan at the Ottsville location is absolutely the best. I am storing the contents of my home ahead of an out of state move. Evan was such a pleasure to deal with when I found I was running out of space in my first unit. He assisted with acquiring additional storage units as well as upgrading to larger units. The facility appears to be well managed. The units and buildings are clean. The climate controlled units are kept moderately comfortable. The storage units are secured behind a fence and the office has cameras that monitor the buildings and parking lot.”
