I reached out to Sean to do some much needed grout cleaning for a newly installed (in last 2 years) marble floor as well as a slightly older slate floor and shower. First, he was super responsive and got out to quote the job within 24 hours. I asked a few follow up questions on the quote and he was again very responsive and clarified questions I had. My request was also slightly more complicated because in addition to grout / tile cleaning and sealing, I asked him to re-caulk some surfaces in our slate shower. Without missing a beat he said he could do that additional work (others declined). I'm really glad I used Faithful as the work turned out beautiful - see picture below of before / after on the marble floor. His attention to detail and thoroughness was impressive, and most importantly I knew he was doing things the "right way" and not cutting any corners. After the job was done he explained what I should do for maintenance and even gave me the proper cleaning solution to use going forward.I can't recommend Faithful enough if you are looking to have a floor restored and looking like new. You won't regret going with them, and the picture below speaks for itself.I will definitely be using them for other jobs!

A very well managed business as is demonstrated by Sean. A user friendly website including online request for a quote. Sean is quick to respond, answering questions and finding availability in his schedule. A man of integrity...it would be hard to deny! My tile and grout cleaning needs in my old farmhouse were...HUGE!Sean was honest about how he thought he could help and, more importantly, where he could not. Moving forward with his service, I was very pleased with my tile floor and the shower tile showed improvement that I could work with until I can arrange replacing the 25 year old tile. My husband is beyond pleased with the pressure washing of HIS favorite building on our property...the garage! The siding looks new! Sean's integrity is evident in his honesty and his ability to be forthright. Important to me, he happily engages with his customer. I nor my husband would hestitate to call Faithful Restorations again!

Sean did an excellent job cleaning quarry tile and vinyl floors! They look brand new!! He also cleaned a tile shower and insisted on returning the next day because he wasn’t happy with results ( even though we were pleased)! Had him power wash concrete patio, again, exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend!!

Sean finished our floors yesterday and we could not be happier! The jobs went exactly as he said. We had an old, tired 60’s slate floor in the foyer and hall. It’s been the bane of my existence. After Sean cleaned and sealed it, it’s not tired looking anymore! We just LOVE looking at it. At first we thought of a matt finish because of our dogs, but the day before sealing we went with gloss and we’re so glad we did! It has intensified the color of the slate. It looks wet, but it’s not slippery at all. It has a nice feel on bare feet too. The kitchen porcelain tiles were also cleaned and grout color sealed. When this floor first went down, we ran out of grout and the wrong color was picked up and not noticed until it was too late. It was slightly darker than the original grout so it always looked dirty. Now that Sean color sealed the grout, it’s all matches and looks brand new! My husband and I are thrilled with the final results. And as a little bonus, Sean left us with some products to touch up if and when needed.

We had two tiled rooms where the grout had gone from a light grey to nearly black after 20 years of use. Sean did a great job cleaning - it looks like new. We find ourselves staring at it. The only problem we’re afraid to spill anything now.

We had tile installed and the grout left a residue that we tried just about everything to remove.Our last stitch effort my husband came across faithful restoration. I called Sean in desperation to come look at my floor. He was professional, responsive and took the time to understand our issue. We were able to get on Sean’s schedule within a weeks time. Sean was on time, professional and super easy to work with. We are super happy with the results and he was able to do what we couldn’t do on our own.

I engaged Sean from Faithful Restorations to clean the grout on my bar room tile floor. I recently purchased my home, and was unaware of the "before" look. The grout was discolored from drywall dust from another project, and generally dirty. The result is fantastic. When he was giving me the estimate, we discussed several other projects. I decided to add projects based on the results in the bar room, and we first added carpet cleaning. The carpets in two rooms were stained, and I assumed needed to be replaced. But Sean worked wonders and the carpets now look new. Sean also cleaned and sealed the grout and brick tile floors in my wine cellar and hall. The colors of the brick now pop! Same for the tile and stone in my master bathroom, the slate fireplace hearth and the fireplace stone surround. On top of all of that, he power-washed my entire Trex deck and the slate sidewalk. The entire place now sparkles. I had no idea how dirty things were. It is amazing how much difference a professional can make.And the price was right! I highly recommend Faithful Restorations! Sean did an absolutely amazing job on our tiled spaces on our first level. He came to our house very quickly to give us an estimate, and we immediately liked what we heard and his before/after portfolio. We were scheduled very quickly, and Sean spent all day working on our flooring. He was very upfront and honest, and left me product to keep my floors in good shape afterwards. I appreciated Sean’s attention to detail and true professionalism. I absolutely can not BELIEVE the difference in our tile/grout! The previous owners had several(many) dogs & we have our pets and children living here, so I imagine we likely posed a challenge. I’ve already recommended Faithful Restorations to friends and family and can’t wait to have him back for other areas of my house. My only regret: not finding him sooner!! Many thanks, Sean!

Highly recommend this company. Sean responded right away, and I had a quote and a job complete within a week. He cleaned my tile shower, and it looks amazing. The grout that was once dirty and stained is now white and sparking. He also cleaned out entire upstairs carpet, and it looks flawless. He was even kind enough to leave his fans an extra day so that the rooms could dry a faster and we could put things back sooner. He was super kind, and very affordable.
