Do not do business with this company! They no-showed me 2 days in a row, no phone call the second time. Micky (owner? Manager?) tried to offer me less than 10% off the move after the first day they didn't show up. He blamed it on a mover calling in sick the first day, but the second day I got no explanation. He kept saying he would call me back and then I would end up calling because he never did! Absolutely unacceptable from a moving company. I reported them to BBB.

Do no do business with this unreliable company. They no-showed me 2 days in a row. Micky (owner? Manager?) said the first day was due to a mover calling out, but he left me hanging all day as to whether the move would happen later in the day. I waited 5 hrs for him to call back and I finally called him. He promised they would come next day and offered me a pitiful less than 10% discount for the major inconvenience. Then the movers didn't show up the next day, no call no apology. Absolutely disgusting way of doing business. Avoid this company.

Micky and Pete were awesome guys and Micky did everything he said he would and a hole lot more. It snowed a lot and made the move so much harder. I would recommend Micky he’s a great guy

We greatly appreciated Micky and crew in their recent setup of our baby grand piano in our new home. The crew was kind and friendly and eager to set up our piano correctly and gently. Not only did they set up the piano, they went out of their way to do this on a Sunday. We couldn’t recommend Eastern Connection Movers more—Thank you!

Micky and the crew saved the day for me from 1,200 miles away! I live and work in Kansas. My client was in Pennsylvania. The leg on her grand piano was broken. I was unable to stay in Pennsylvania for the time it took to repair the leg and set up the piano. Micky and crew not only set up the piano, but also referred me to a local furniture maker who repaired the leg beautifully. Micky made me a great deal on the price, and he went above and beyond to make sure the job was finished for my client.
If you need to hire a moving company, and you don't choose Eastern Connection Movers, your mother will be disappointed in you.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I can hear you now:
"But Ray, I don't live in Pennsylvania,"
Shut up. Neither do I. Interstate moves are their specialty. Listen to me. I'm a piano technician in Wichita, KS. I know good people when I meet them. Micky and crew are good people. Call Eastern Connection Movers and make your mama proud!

I booked this company for a move from PA to FL around the 4th of July holiday. My mother in law had started aconversation with Mickey and put me in touch with him to discuss pricing/move amounts. At this point I had already called three or four other moving companies so I had a pretty good idea of what I was moving and the potential cost. I explained it was a small move with no big furniture. I would need to use one of their trucks and movers but the items would be mainly boxes that I had already pre-packed with bubble wrap and labeled with our last name/item descriptions with some smaller furniture like chairs/desks/TVs. After playing footsie over price they agreed to do the move for a very reasonable cost considering the holiday. I did notice that they did not have me do a room by room item by item inventory over the phone like some of the other movers I had spoken with (which may be the reason for some of these other less favorable reviews with items not fitting on trucks/enough space...that was not our experience...do yourself a favor and make your own checklist before you call them so you communicate what you need properly). My husband signed the contracts with them and paid our deposit.The day of the move they were a few hours late which wasn't such a big deal as we had devoted the whole day to making sure the items were on the truck and not under any strict timeline. They advised that a previous delivery had put them behind schedule which we understood as that can happen. Then it was pouring rain so at our request they waited till the rain was supposed to stop to come load our items which I appreciated.Two men came (very nice and sociable) and loaded everything into the truck with no fuss/headaches. At this point they did do an inventory of our items. All of our items fit on the truck with no issues. We were then told that we could not use a credit card to pay the balance...it had to be cash or money order. This we weren't expecting...and we did not have the cash on hand...so they agreed to move the items but advised we would need to settle payment before the delivery (which was fair). Thought it was a little strange they didn't take cards...so we called the main number for the company and was told that they indeed could take credit card payments so we paid in full over the phone with the main office.The delivery of our items was a bit chaotic. we were given a delivery window which is standard in an out of state move and I will say that they absolutely DID deliver during the windowed time. However, the actual date/time did change three or four times with our items being stored in a warehouse and then reloaded onto the truck...and we had a neighbor that was supposed to let them into the house in FL that was starting to get annoyed.That being said...these were minor things considering all the variables/logistics involved and issues that were easily worked through with some flexibility/communication.Our items arrived on time, undamaged, all accounted for, and for the price we had agreed upon (which was much much cheaper than others I had been quoted).

These guys were absolutely amazing! We were in a last minute rough situation and this company saved my family a lot of grief. They gave the best quote of over 39 movers I called. They worked diligently in the pouring rain and even gave us ride back from the storage facility! These men are heroes and I'm mailing them the biggest tip I can afford. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call! They take the stress out of moving away completely!

Micky and his team (Kyle and Walter) were amazing. Very responsive. They took great care of all my stuff. Nothing was damaged, even my plants made it without breaking.

They even reassembled the beds for us and helped us figure out placement of furniture in the rooms. They truly offer a full service moving experience. For starters, they were not only on time, but early. They were extremely professional, and took care of my furniture as it were theirs. The backed team was fantastic, from the booking to communications along the way. Everything went so smoothly. Our move arrived 1 day early The unloading was quick. The guys were so agile and so pleasant! Hands down best moving company we have ever used.

They took the extra time to wrap and secure everything! When our delivery came, they were awesome with unloading everything into our new home. They went the extra mile to make sure nothing scratched the floors or walls. I would recommend them to anyone needing to move in or out of state. Amazing job they did. They get their permanent customer from now on.

They made completing all of the paperwork easy, and patiently answered the many questions I had along the way. We only had 1 item damaged and the claims team had it resolved incredibly quickly and were also great to work with. I will definitely use Eastern Connection Moving next time I need to move, and I would recommend them highly to friends, family, or anyone that needs a top notch mover.

They were able to move items out of our 3 story Victorian home on a 90 degree day quickly and efficiently. I was definitely impressed! I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can get the same team again when we move into our new home at the end of November. I’d definitely recommend them.

Great experience using Eastern Connection for our recent relocation and would highly recommend this company. Prior to moving day, representatives from the company kept us informed of the process, timing, etc. The day of moving, they arrived on time and quickly went to work wrapping furniture, preparing an inventory of items for storage, and packing the truck. The team was friendly, careful, helpful, and very professional.

We hired them to move my husband's workshop equipment and we were very impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. Along with being hard working they were very helpful to us and helped us with any question or concern we voiced during the move.
