Absolutely terrible service. I called to see if they could ship to where I’m located, owner of the company(Kevin) gets on the phone and says “we are all set, do not call here again”. I just was getting planters for my mothers house for decoration.

Place is a little hard to find... especially the entrance. ...also not really set up for in person shopping .. but if you show up super cool...great prices!!! Probably best to just email the guy. He knows his stock and will get exactly what you want! If I could give 6 or more stars I would!!!!! A++++

Ordered some T&G for a bathroom remodel. Called Monday got a quote, ordered Tuesday it arrived Friday! Its gorgeous and exactly what i was looking for!

We have worked with Diamond Tropical Hardwoods for over 5+ years and we are always more than happy with not only the beauty of the wood but it’s quality and durability, as well as the sustainability aspect! We do green design and we always suggest teak as a first option for planters, trellis, banquettes to furniture. This spring we have a client excited to order a custom piece and we can’t wait!I highly suggest working with Kevin and his kind awesome knowledgeable team from ordering slabs to handmade awesome teak furniture that really gives a space a statement piece! They go above and beyond from staying late because we come all the way from Philly after work to treating our son like he’s a part of team. I have also gotten a few smaller items like a cutting board and mini teak planter which is a perfect gift for someone desk at the office or for a window at home. Check them out you won’t be disappointed!

I reached out to this company for help with replacement pieces I need for my teak wood table. They’re strangely thin pieces that I’ve struggled to find, so I provided photos of the cracked pieces, as well as measurements. I mistakingly said cm instead of mm. A rep named Kevin got back to me and immediately had an attitude, saying he “doesn’t know why I would send measurements in inches and cm” I replied commented on how rude he was, and told him I’m not a teakwood expert and he could have simply explained to me how they prefer measurements are sent in. He just replied calling an idiot! I’m baffled at how unprofessional this company is. I’ve attached photos of our email thread.

A great surprise that their hardwoods are certified sustainable. Very unique place with friendly staff. Great prices for people who know how to use raw lumber.
