“I like the wide selection and inventory in this store. I do NOT, however, advise purchasing large items from this store. We bought an outdoor dining set. Our purchase was brought to the back for storage, which is apparently in a tiny office area. The store has no loading dock or rear entrance, so to pick up our set, my husband and a staff member had to precariously carry the table through aisles of glassware and other fragile items. Also, in this process, the piece that covers the umbrella hole in the table was lost, and I saw it before we purchased. This may sound petty, but when you spend $1500 on an item, you have reason to expect to receive all pieces, undamaged. I called the store to retrieve the piece when I noticed it missing as soon as we got home. I was promised a return phone call which never came.
Also, we're still waiting on a return call from the third-party mover who the store works with. They also never called back. In the meantime, we rented a U-Haul and picked it up ourselves for less money than what we were quoted anyhow.
Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful aside from the lack of a return phone call.

HomeGoods called today after two weeks. The manager who we initially worked with said she had found the piece outside the store, and said we could pick it up at our convenience. We were able to retrieve it that day. I do appreciate the commitment and the follow-up. The staff at this store were all extremely friendly and helpful throughout.”
“I needed a 1500 gallon water tank and it had to be plumbed to a certain spec. Kenny went above and beyond to help me. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was getting close to his quitting time and he continued to stay to help me till this tank was what I needed. You need anything when you go to this store ask for Kenny. You won’t be sorry. Tractor supply management. Give him a raise.”
“Sine's is a heartfelt treasure ~ from the moment you enter, the feelings of sentiment, nostalgia and history most definitely take hold. Shelving filled with antiques surround the store's upper walls, and the inventory here is about as varied as you could possibly imagine. A long, old fashioned soda counter with comfortable looking bar stools appeared inviting, complete with daily advertised ice cream and lunch specials. Hardware, toys, greeting cards, knick knacks, candy, Christmas/seasonal decor, paper goods. The model airplanes in the window, dangling from the ceiling are pretty amazing. Some of the empty display tables had me wishing there was a lot more inventory in the main section of Sine's...an adjoining room was more of a museum with a wonderful, interesting display of local history ~ pennants, newspaper articles, photographs, artifacts. It was disappointing to see the Christmas section of the shop dark and from appearances, closed on the day we visited. As long as you keep in mind that this is more of a 'look at and appreciate' sort of visit and less of a shopping experience, you will not be disappointed.”
“Target stores are always clean, laid out in an organized coherent manner, and well-managed. The Richland store stands out because the quality of your staff is excellent. Every Target associate I've met from that store has been pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The cashier who rang me out today was exceptional. She worked with me to demonstrate how to get the proper discounts so I could take advantage of the Cyber Monday sale and was patient, polite, and extremely understanding. I'm not impressed often but I was impressed today.”
“Lori was fantastic at the register, great to talk to, asked me if I had Kohl's rewards and was friendly to chat with while I checked out. She was patient while I got my new gift card out of the packaging, and threw away my trash for me!”

We waited 3 weeks for an appt, which Sears cancelled with no explanation or warning. @Sears - you need to do a better job contacting customers when you are not going to make appts.”

“The thing I dislike most about living in Quakertown are the grocery stores. I could write a whole essay about how poorly this community is being served by its grocery stores. With that in mind I have learned to find some impressive deals from Target. Two years ago I bought nearly 0% of my groceries at Target. Now I'm up to nearly 50% of my groceries here. Get the Target red card and read the weekly email. Anyone serious about paying fair prices should be doing this. I am becoming increasingly critical of grocery stores and other big box store optiions, but Target deserves some credit for the value they are providing.”

“This location was wonderful- helpful employees and great stock. My complaint is with the shipping company they use AIT. They claim my table was delivered- it never was. Was home all day and cannot reach anyone to assist in finding my table that I purchased. Please do not use AIT for any Homesense delivery.”
“I like this Big Lots .Reminds me a little of 'Kings' that used to be in this building, years back.I usually always find good prices for what I need.Bought 3 Door draft protectors for $3.89 each and they do work well.My Sister in law also bought a nice grey chair for my Mother and she really likes it and says it's very comfortable.The Employees are helpful here too.”
“The store is nice and clean. But it seems that different macy locations have different clothing. I guess it's because of the clientele. This store didn't have what I wanted, so I went to Macy's in center city. I like the store, because I worked for Macy's when the company had a Macy's at plymouth meeting mall.”

“Rions customer service skills are outstanding. He went above and beyond my expectations in helping me. I didnt have to ask for help, he jumped right in without question when he saw i needed it. His main goal was to make sure I had what I needed and was happy. Target should be very proud to have an employee like him.”
“My only go to store that I frequent in the 3D. Mostly all other purchases other than essentials are purchased online. The price is almost always right and I usually find what I'm looking for without a problem. The store is nicely laid out and for the most part the employees are courteous and helpful. There's been a few times I was not impressed by the people at the counter but they don't seem to be there any longer. The only complaint I have is that it's always hot in there. They should get the air conditioning fixed and have it on when it's necessary.”
“although the mall itself is suffering like most there still is Macy's and some restaurants and it's located right next to a vibrant scene best places to eat and drink another stores across the road. This JC Penny is clean, has a good selection, very good prices, large selection of clothing for both men and women as well as the home. Worth shopping here and revisiting store and mall shopping! Relevant collection for all ages and a huge collection of youthful summer dresses! Think people should consider it again.”

“Joseph from OSL phone services in the back of Walmart really was amazing and super respectful, he helped me with upgrading my phone and kept me laughing and happy while we waited for the process to be complete. He really was such a help and also helped my daughter get a brand new iPhone for 25 dollars out the door and she is beyond grateful and happy. This young man is going to go far in life! I rate this business a 10/10 and will be going here to upgrade me and my daughter's phone for now on. Easy and was out the door quick.”
