“I’ve been in an accident once before, and it was a nightmare of an experience between my insurance and the collision shop I was sent to. As soon as I was hit this time, my first thought was that I would have to deal with another bad company and how I did NOT want to go through that part again. Caliber Collision in Colmar made everything SO easy and stress-free for me. They went into detail explaining everything to me when I initially dropped the car off and exactly what they would be fixing (I know nothing about cars so this was helpful), kept me updated the entire time on repairs, and even finished the vehicle a week earlier than planned. They made it look absolutely brand new (significant front end damage to the drivers side that you cannot even tell was there now) and the paint is perfectly blended. This was the most severe accident I’ve been in, and the worst my car has looked, and they made it perfect.
Thank you to Steve who worked on my car and made it look so beautiful, and Trinity and Ashleigh for being so pleasant every time I called with a dumb question. You have made this whole experience so much easier on me and from the moment I dropped the car off, I knew I was in good hands. If I ever get T-boned again (let’s hope not) I will absolutely be bringing my car here. Thank you thank you thank you!”

Where they don’t just see you as another dollar sign unlike others. The sales team, which I deal with Jason and Bob. Is completely honest with you about every step of the vehicle purchase process without hiding fees or adding backend product without telling you. Karma, the finance woman is always fun to sit down with. They also have some of the lowest doc fees and prep which is always nice with how costs have only gone up everywhere else. Scott in parts greets you right away either with a hello or a joke. On top of making sure to help with any parts for your vehicle you may need. Then Andy and Dan in service are some of the most knowledgeable I’ve met especially when it comes to the European and Ducati bikes specifically. I can not recommend them enough in every aspect of this dealership.”

Came into Hayes and asked for estimate: ~$850. They worked around my busy schedule and I was able to drop off my car during closed hours and had it ready for pickup a couple of days later. “Amazing and the best! My car was 3/4 a car when I got rear-ended earlier this month with wires dangling near the back tire. Super unsafe to drive for work or to leave unfixed. I dropped off the car and they really revived my vehicle. It was repaired, painted and cleaned; even the inside got detailed! Jeanine was also a sweetheart and was very informative and went out her way to ensure my rental was available for me right after the drop off.
