Rats infest ALL of your storage & they say “too bad so sad we don’t cover it.” It’s a poorly maintained storage unit & I would NEVER use again and I would NEVER recommend it to someone else. All of the units in a single building are connected, so the rats can get into EVERY unit in a single building. Disgusting.

Alto Storage was very useful in between moving my mom from her home to a nursing home. We didn't want to get rid of her belongings until all of the children and grandchildren were together. I live in San Diego and was able to set up the storage unit over the phone. Alto Storage made a very hard time much easier!

I kept my belongings in this storage facility for less than four months while we house hunted. I stressed the entire time that our things would get moldy (as it was very damp here), stolen (security was very lax), and the manager incorrectly charged my card multiple times every month. I had to drive to meet her during the day when I was working to show her my bank statement to "prove" that she had charged me 4 times in one month and she turned around and did it again the following week. If you need storage, find somewhere else!

I'm at the storage yard for 2 years, it is what I consider a moderate to low-level storage facility. John the person who's there taking care of the area is wonderful to deal with, very helpful, very knowledgeable. the pricing should be cheaper for what they offer there is no climate control there is no security other than the occasional locking of the gates at night but anyone short of a Volkswagen can go underneath the gate there's numerous openings in the perimeter Gates, cameras and lights are non-existent, storage spaces are not the square footage that they should be, there is no concrete to drive on it's all Stone. now if you just need to throw some odds and ends in a storage container or park something in the lot, for the price it's okay you want to spend a little bit more money you go right down the road and you can find places that are beautifully paved fortresses with cameras and your choice of climate control units. I am trying to condense the multiple units so I can relocate, the owner has a lot of issues with the pricing and I'm just tired of settling a pricing dispute on a monthly basis with them
