Had to return an item as it was a set that was supposed to be tea, coffee, and sugar canisters but it had two sugar and no coffee. Had purchased it online as a gift for someone. It was only available online and would take a few days to ship but unfortunately I didn’t realize the defect until the day before the party. However, I was able to purchase another item off the registry for pickup at the store and return the defective item quickly and easily. Used the Target app on my phone for both purchases so I didn’t need to look for receipts in emails or have printed copies.

The store is clean and laid out nicely, but they don't have near the selection that Walmart does. We were looking for plus sized women's clothing, but they only had a few racks. Very disappointing.

i worked for target in selinsgrove,pa. the workers and people are kind and helpful, but they use a paydayapp called "dailypay" my last week their, this dailypay company gave me an overpayment on my Payday, so I thought it was part of my check, I dint receive a dime of my last check because they randomly just added extra money to my account and said I had to pay it back I quit on the spot. i wasn't working to pay off a payday loan , that's what they did to me. , so people are kind. but if you work for them , don't use the dailypay

Target is a favorite store of mine ! Customer service gets a A++++ in my store !! Never ever have I had a bad experience, when I return things or check out at check out. No matter how busy they are !!

I went to get a cheap immersion blender. $29.99 was the cheapest and it worked great. Plus, it came with one extra attachment.

I'll start with this, we have a big box retailer 5 miles from our home and we drive 21 miles to shop here. Why? The coupons, rebates and deals they offer. They might be slightly more expensive compared to the other retailer but it is a far nicer shopping experience and the store is far cleaner. The staff members here actually talk to you and I've never had a bad experience here. We buy all of our household items here and if we are in the area for whatever reason curbside pick up is always a good option instead of going in. They always have multiple checkout lines open. I normally get my flu shot here because I'm already there shopping. They have a small grocery area that you can find some good deals in. The electronics department is fantastic because they aren't trying to sell you on things, they are just answering questions. My wife was looking for a new Apple Watch that their site said they had one on hand. The guy had to go search for it in the back and finally found it. I'm always a big fan of customer service especially these days.
