Not act technically proficient as they need to be for a job dealing with electronics. Not on the employee it's on Verizon.

I had a big issue with our account and we had to get some help to figure some things out and the new manager Chuck was a blessing that day for sure. Knew what he was doing. My issue taken care of and was very kind and courteous in the process thank you to you and the team member online that helped resolve our matter.

I, was having issues with my cell phone didn't know where to go with it so I took it down to Verizon and they helped me get through the problems with it. There was a fee to pay of $29 but it was well worth it phone is working well and I am happy
