I became disabled and went to plaza house in Selinsgrove to purchase a lazyboy power recliner which I paid $1546 dollars for plus another $89 dollars for a 10 year warranty from Guardsman. Not quite 3 years later the frame broke and Guardsman asked if I wanted the chair replaced and I said yes. They told me I would get it from plaza house that's who I had to deal with. When I went there they told me my model was no longer made and I would only have $1015 dollars wholesale towards another chair so I didn't have the extra 500 plus dollars to spend. No where in the warranty did it say that all you would get is a wholesale price rather than what I paid originally. I got ahold of Guardsman and they said plaza house didn't do it right but I had to go through them. So please watch dealing with plaza house furniture there are a lot of other places that value their customers and would try to make things right not only care if they can make money also off of a warranty claim.

I am disabled and bought a lazy boy power chair from plaza house in Selinsgrove pa shortly after I became disabled to help me. We even took out a 10 year warranty through Guardian. At almost 3 years the frame of the chair broke and Guardian sent a repair person who said the chair needed to be replaced. Plaza house said that model was not made anymore and that I would only get the cost price to purchase a new chair. I played $ 1546 dollars for the original chair but Plaza house said I was only entitled to $1015 dollars cost which would only get me a none power lazyboy chair. According to Guardian it shouldn't of happened like that. I feel it wasn't my fault they didn't make that model anymore but also no where in the warranty does it say Plaza house will only give me cost towards a new chair. So stay away from this store they were very rude and mean about this and owe me money which they say I don't get.

We had an excellent experience with Plaza House furniture! We purchased a leather sectional and a mid-century style kitchen table with upholstered chairs. I highly recommend Kathy- she was easy to work with, great communication, and no pressure sales (we were there three or four times before we made our final decisions). We had a minor issue with the table and she responded immediately and we were very pleased with the way the situation was handled. They seem to carry furniture at different price points and levels of quality. We are extremely pleased - The delivery guys were great as well!

My mother got a livingroom suit a month ago. 1 month later took pics. Full of wrinkles and cushion going flat. Showed them the pics, he says that's normal. We where treated very rudely buy the guy. You pay that kind of price, you want good quality in return. Taking our business elsewhere

This store has been with me since I first started out on my own, and before then even. The econo room in the back is gr8 for broke folks just starting out. As you grow up and get you life in order, you can shop from the front of the store for the good stuff. Staff has always been amazing about service, and keeping the space safe.

Paid for a queen size headboard, frame and footboard. We were told that it didn't work we would we could exchange it. charged us the same price for the twin size minus one reading lamp plus additional money for the delivery. For the extra charges they lost a long term customer. On a positive note The Delivery and set up personnel were efficient.
