They let people wait on hold for 5 minutes and then pick up and hang up on them. Tried calling back and couldn't get an answer.

Walked in, no waiting, picked up and paid for my prescription out un 5 minutes. Quick and friendly.

Worst pharmacy in the area. Often the meds my father needs are "out of stock" so he has to go without. Constantly saying they never got the scripts the doctor sent in when it's confermed on his computer they received them. I would highly recommend you use a different pharmacy even if you have to drive a few extra miles.

Uneducated and rude employees every time a prescription is sent ive been told after waiting even up to 24 hrs that my scip just got sent inObviously not true they just don't do their jobs lousy place they should all be fired or at least forced customer service training and a real supervisor

Do not go to this pharmacy. The lady pharmacist is "nasty". She obviously hates her job and has no customer service skills. She literally confronted me about a medication I was picking up and what she was confronting me about made no sense. Long story short, she was rudely handling me as a customer in front of all the people in line, only to find out she had the wrong person's medication that she was trying to give to me. While I brought it to her attention that she was yelling at the wrong person, her response was " I wasn't yelling, you just didn't like what you heard". As I was awaiting an apology for her obvious mistake and making a spectacle of me in front of everyone, she came back with that statement as if it were my fault she mixed up the medication! I have never been met with such unprofessionalism in my life. I'm not sure how she made it through pharmacy school with such poor customer service skills. Me and my entire family will be taking our services to another pharmacy where customers are greeted with a smile and with human compassion versus public humility.Based on the already posted reviews, it seems like this is a common experience by people at this pharmacy. Probably this same pharmacists, so unfortunate!

Literally the most frustrating experience I ever had at a pharmacy. And I’ve lived in Miami. Doctor sends in prescription, gets delayed over and over. I go in person and the lady said she would expedite it and it would be ready in 20. I decided to leave and come back after I got the text that it was ready. I could also view the prescription on the cvs app and it said it was ready. The other employee tells me “yeah there’s been a lot of issues with the app and texting, you can’t trust anything on the internet” WHAT. Then he looks over and over again and says the prescription isn’t there and it must be the doctors fault for not sending it. Then how come I’m getting texts that it’s ready for pick up here? After a 20 minute wait, I decided to talk to the pharmacist herself, who walks over to a case and pulls out the prescription in 5 seconds. A third employee starts to say “oh no, I’m so sorry I gave yours to the wrong-“ and the pharmacist interrupted her. I assume they gave someone my prescription. Which is a HUGE issue for obvious reasons. Then they say sorry for the mix up, as if I didn’t come in twice that day and wait over and over again and been talked to as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Literally so ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Most of the staff is nice, but the drive thru is closed half the time, so you typically have to stand in line behind 6-10 people. I've gone to pick up a prescription 2 days after being told it would be held for a week, and it's already been put back. There have been other incidents, too. Can't wait to find a new pharmacy.

My daughter’s prescription is an automatic refill but they never have it ready when it is time to pick it up so once again she will not have it to take tonight.

This is genuinely the worst CVS I have ever been to. The staff here are actually incompetent.... it takes them DAYS to put a couple pills in a bottle and they have horrible hours, service, and overall attitudes. The employees here have been nothing but rude to me every time I have been in this CVS. Not sure if this is because of the location and the lack of brain cells in this area but the fact that they can't do such a simple job.... putting pills in a bottle is absolutely ridiculous. I wish they would hire someone competent and nice enough to be a pharmacist. Next time I'll just allow myself behind the counter and fill it for myself because let me tell you I could definitely do it faster!!!! Next time I urgently need a medication I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!!!!!!!!!! Someone is going to die from your ignorance. Also the fact that you CLOSE A CURTAIN IN A CUSTOMERS FACE AT THE DRIVETHRU IS UNACCEPTABLE. How rude are your employees truly because I've never had such horrible service. If you have lunch you take whoever is left in line AND THEN GO FOR LUNCH. Or better yet let me tell you guys a better way to do your job... MAYBE ALTERNATE LUNCH BREAKS!!!!!!! Also how disrespectful do you have to be to take others in line once I came inside from the drivethru experience and then tell me you're closed for lunch because I'm the last person in line. Then proceed to take an elderly woman and close for 15 extra minutes because of that. Like I said NO BRAIN CELLS OR HUMAN DECENCY HERE!!!!!!

This rating is just for the drive through. Absolutely the slowest ever. The line has not moved in 10 min. With outrageously high gas prices I probably burned up at least a gallon...sigh

Never get all my meds they tell me not for sure if I took just 1 pill or both but yet on the paper work it says take one of each for total of ***MG. Majority of pharmacy staff is rude except 1 guy that usually works drive thru. I have switched back to another cvs who is better to help people and make sure to get everything and if questions they call and ask to make sure I have my meds when it is time.

I deal with the VBS chain all across the country. This is the worst CVS store I have ever been in. I have a number of prescriptions I have to have filed as a travel across the country.Normally when one of my subscriptions is expired CVS just contacts the doctor and he reissues the prescription.One of my prescriptions was expired and I was told they could not have it refilled because it was filled as another CVS. They said they could not even contact the doctor.No other CVS in the country has ever had this problem. They just contact the doctor and renew the prescription and we go from there.I Rate this CVS zero on Friendliness and helpfulness. If I could rate it lower, I would.
