I received a call that my prescription was ready for pick up, went to the store and they advised me it wasn’t ready and since they were closing soon I should come back the next day. No big deal, so I did. Same thing happened the next day and I even called prior to my arrival letting them know I was on my way. Went through the drive thru and the lady said and hour and a half wait. Mind you my prescription is pre packaged birth control. Would take less than a minute to prepare. The lady told me sorry, but I have to wait because there are 60+ others ahead of me. I advised her this was my 2nd time trying to pick up my birth control (which is now going to be a day late-now it’s a big deal). And she said “go inside and I’ll expedite your name, it’ll be ready then. I go inside and there is a wrap around line and people waiting just like me. All with similar stories. I wait in line about 30 minutes till I get up to the counter, where they say “it’s not ready, it’ll be about an hour and a half.” Now I’m just angry at the poor management. People waiting for their prescriptions for the pharmacy to be going in order filing prescriptions of people who are not even there. Terrible service. No managment. Drive thru tech rude and making snarky remarks stating “fill out an application if you think you can do better.” 100% not acceptable. Taking my business elsewhere, as should every one else.

Excellent store. Great service. I love that there is CVS inside a Target that has a Starbucks in it! Great way to pass the time while you are waiting for a prescription. I have been going there for about a year off and on and they always do a great job. I am going to make them my go-to pharmacy now.
