My appointment was made just three days before I saw the doctor at Visionworks. The procedure went smoothly and I was shown pictures of my eyes, which showed proof of cataracts. I selected two pairs of glasses at a nice discount. I highly recommend Visionworks in Dickson City.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I like to be early to everything just to have time and make sure I’m never late. I went to my appt a little over 30 minutes early not expecting to be seen any sooner but figured I could look at frames and get an idea of which ones I wanted. I was seen early for my pre exam, then came back out and continued looking at frames. Then about 10 minutes later I was seen by the doctor. This was all done before my scheduled appointment time, it was great! I would definitely recommend vision works in the Viewmont Mall. Staff are friendly, doctors are thorough, staff are helpful and answer any questions you have.

Terrible terrible place to go my daughter had her frames fixed had nothing but problems with them they lied to my daughter then told me something completely different then has her glasses sitting there for 5 days with no phone call remind u my daughter has terrible eye vision went already week in a half without them for a fix and she calls they have been there what with no phone call u have terrible coustmer service terrible service all together and we will never go back nor recommend

Visionworks in the Viewmont mall is an excellent place to get your eyes and glasses from. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Making an appointment on line was so easy.

I am writing a testimonial about my wonderful experience that I had right from the beginning of my phone call with Visionworks at the Scranton Viewmont Mall.Lisa, the general manager, was so knowledgable and answered all of my questions that I decided to make the trip to Scranton even though Visionworks has a location in Wilkes-Barre, which is closer. When I arrived Lisa took such special care of me even to the point of finding me such stylish frames that I was looking for.I must also compliment her staff since we asked them their opinion on what frames would look best. All in all, I had a wonderful experience with Lisa and her team.
