Update so sorry meant to leave this review for the shipper duraflame in Kentucky. Sorry So tired of the nasty attitudes these shippers give us drivers. At the end of a long day and miss sunshine who checked me in had the nastiest attitude. I wish they could live outr lives for 2 week maybe we could get a little respect. If I'm not nasty to you then don't be nasty to me

I drove from San Diego to this facility. As I walked in at 9:30 Ami was told I have to have an appointment was given a number to call. My appointment is at 1 o'clock. There is not one truck here it is easy for them to unload 2 tiny palettes but they insist that I have to wait till 1 o'clock for them to do so....
