Live in Moosic. Ordered a package from Maine. 550 miles away. Arrived in Scranton and was shipped to DENVER COLORADO 1,600 miles away. Yeah I'd say it's going to arrive later than expected. Let's see where it goes next. Takes 3 days from Maine. Glad shipping was like $9. Well worth it.

Just look at this transit movement. So unnecessary, this started January 19!! We are still waiting for Critical Prescriptions that we now been told will be delivered February 2nd. This is HEART MEDS!!! It is supposed to going to Honesdale, PA and it's been around and around except to the destination it should be going to!!!! Identity fraud is a big issue at this location. My bank statements, professional license renewal, fbi clearance letters were opened and placed in my locked post office box. Best to avoid this location. I received empty parcels also. I did file reports in case anyone had fallen victim to an unauthorized money transfer. My check was also stolen when it was returned for license overpayment.

Multiple times now a package is not delivered. I am home all day long, I work from home. I can hear my front door very clearly never a single attempt to actually deliver my packages.. I live in an apartment building and can not physcially stand at my mail box all day long for a package or certified mail. Now I have to have my package redelivered and hopefully get it tomorrow. It's the principal that it is not even attempted. Just a pink slip shoved in my mail box with the rest of my mail shoved in and crumbled. It's disrespectful and extremely lazy.

I scheduled passport appointment but one of the lady put in a room for 20 min was waiting to tell me to go and fill out thr application at my house. Also that no pics could be taken. I have been Nemoures time before which they did their job but this time no she was so lazy and rude.

Of all the USPS branches I have visited this is the best. The postal employees are always professional and quick to address your needs. The line for service is never longer than 3 customers and always moves quickly. I would always give this branch 5 stars.

Absolute worst post office I have ever had to deal with hands down. Not only is the staff rude, they don’t pick up the phones, can’t answer basic questions, and I’ve had several packages that end up here and are never to be seen again. If you can avoid using this location if possible.

Horrible. They are really, really bad there. My item came there, I live a few miles from the post office, they sent my item to Philly for some idiotic reason. So it arrives back to scranton, I try to pick it up, they won't give me my item. They earn every horrible review on here. Our country is tanking so badly

We ordered a special item, personally designed for a friend. They said they "attempted to deliver" on 1/14. They never followed up to see where the package went. I tried several times to check on the item to no avail. Workers told me they would investigate and call me back, never did. Now it is February 1st and still no package. Very unprofessional.
